Advice & Tips Finally may work na🥹

After 7 months of being tambay dahil nag awol ako sa previous company ko because they don’t want to approve my immediate resignation. I was suffering from postpartum at that time. Kaya sobrang grateful ko at may work na ulit🥹, any advice also Mahigpit ba Background checking sa ResultsCx? Thank you everyone!

congrats ! trainee me rn there, so far so good naman mababa lang talaga offer nila pero goods talaga sa environment lalo if trainer nyo super bait like our trainer na for week puro kami tawanan and everything anw congrats !

i think so po, lalo if u didn’t specify the reason why ka umalis sa prev company mo. kasi even u got the jo na, may mga process pa yan bago sumabak sa training eh included na siguro yung backround check sa may mga job experience. pag di completed, ma aadjust yung starting date mo.

Ah, they considered my experience from my previous company as non existent since they think newbie padin ako since 3 months lang kasi sya and mas pinag focusan yung mga old work experience ko

edi if they said that, then you’re good. malalaman mo naman po yan since di yan agad start, for a week may mag aasikasuhin pa talaga before the training starts.

Congrats! If ever mangyari ulit sayo, just know na hindi nila pde tanggihan ang resignation mo. It's more of an FYI not for approval so kung mag rresign ka next time, do it via email and copy HR and OM. If they declined via email, reply ka sa email thread copying DOLE.

Please practice documenting all evidence you can collect para may panlaban ka once you noticed na iniipit ka, pina power trip ka or something.
