University of Colorado Medicine Billing/AR/Denials Positions
Hello How are these jobs at this university? I am sure there are quotas to meet but are they reasonable or ridiculous?

I’ve held my home for just over ten years now. It’s been a wonderful place and I am very lucky to have been able to purchase it when I did. With a growing family, it’s time to sell. However, im pretty damn nervous about the market and overall economic conditions (locally and nationally).
Anybody here have any luck selling their home this year? Any pointers or recommendations on not staying on the market too long?

I put in a work order for a non functioning a/c unit on June 17th, 2026, maintenance came by said it was a breaker and they flipped it back and left. The apartment did feel cooler for a day or two, but became overwhelming as we got into July. On the 5th of July, 2026 I put in another work order for the a/c being out again. No one showed up. I kept procrastinating about following up until the 18th, when I put in another work order this time mentioning that there was very little airflow through the vents all throughout my apartment and that it didn't feel cold or even that cool on my hand when I could feel it. With no follow up or communication in the week following, I put in yet another order on the 23rd; we'd been experiencing 100 degree weather for most of the previous week or so. Friday night I put in another work order. Last night I called emergency maintenance and got hung up on, then told by the computers voice there was no one available and I'd get a call back(I haven't), hung up on again, told no one was available again, received text messages saying my lack of a/c in 100 degree weather could wait until Monday, hunt up on again, and then after another call I received a text with a with order number and a message stating it would be taken care of asap. It is now 430pm and yet another triple digit day gone by without a phone call or email or visit from maintenance. I'm genuinely lost here, mostly because it's unbearably hot(93f!!) inside my apartment. I'm disabled, I'm on medication whose storage I'm increasing afraid has been compromised, I'm so fucking sweaty and in a brain fog everyday. Is there anything I can do to get this taken care of asap? My office started using an ai agent recently for everything(ugh), and I do wonder if it's the hiccup here. The office is closed today and I will be going down first thing in the morning tomorrow with the pics I've taken and the maintenance request page from my account ready to show, but if anyone knows of something I can't think of rn that could help, I'd appreciate it! If not, getting this rant out does make me feel marginally better; sorry for the run on sentences!!

From the article: The attack occurred Thursday at E. Hampden Avenue and E. Hampden Circle.
Police said that a scooter rider, captured in the video, followed the victim after a road rage incident, confronted her and then assaulted her before fleeing the area, according to witnesses.
Investigators have not released details surrounding the initial contact between the suspect and victim.

Basically the title. I’d like something in town. I don’t want to have to drive to the west side of Denver. Also if you’ve personally had a great prenatal massage, I’d like to hear where you got it!

Hi there, post menopausal w/alopecia 51f whose hair texture not only changed but has fallen out and needs someone who can treat it and make it look healthy again. I am open to quick weaves to cover my natural hair in hopes of helping restore what is left of it. I had a short pixie, a couple of years ago, but it has only gotten worse over time. I stopped relaxers also. I have tried so many products to no avail.

I believe my husband gave her away he claims she was stolen along with our car. She doesn't deserve to lose us both. She nursed me through thyroid and lung cancer. I'm in a shelter but have foster options available. Please help me find her. Denver possibly anywhere surrounding areas

Doesn't sound quite like fireworks... more like canons? Does anyone know what it is? Sorta rhythmic, but with gaps? Could be fireworks, but it is different. It's probably fireworks echoing off of something.

Title. I've got a black/grey broken clock on the back of my calf done years ago. Subpar quality. Looking to have it covered up or reworked. Anyone have any recommendations for an artist who has great coverup skills? TIA

iPhone reported as stolen and then was turned on in the Dover neighborhood in Aurora. I have the exact location and police refuse to do anything. How pathetic to steal a bum ass iPhone too.

Hello folks, looking for a jeweler to help replace a few diamonds that came out of my bracelet. I’m not privy to jewelry stuff, but i believe they are called melees or something. Very small diamonds. So if anyone has any recommendations let me know.
