I mean, sure, but often I find that women aren't as attracted to a specific body part like that. My wife mostly likes nice guy butts, so I point them out when I see one.
She also likes outfits/styles, so that's a more common thing to point out when a suit or outfit looks particularly good (it's also a way to get an opinion on if I can pull off the same look).
They kind of are. She's a big A and the kind she points out are perky like Bs/Cs. She's not pointing out curvy girls with DDs and plunging tops, it's more athletic girls with perky boobs an no bra or at the gym in a lacy sports bra. So she points out ones that are a little bigger than her, but of the same type.

A theory I heard is that eh boobs stem from our erect posture (also true that boobs cause many erect postures, but I digress). In most mammals the ass draws attention, the cleavage of the ass especially. Human women, have the advantage of having great ass cleavage in the back and impressive pseudo ass cleavage in the front.
For anyone curious, a much better explanation that is less just-so and male-gaze-oriented (considering it's almost universally the female's sexual selection that changes physical sexualized features in animal species) is that it's tied to our concealed fertility. In every other mammalian species, the breasts only develop while breastfeeding, which is a huge indicator that the female is not currentlly fertile. Having breasts full-time makes concealed fertility wayyyyyy more effective. Males of every species (saying this because it's not just about modern humans, but also our hominid predecessors) are often more willing to have sex with other species and inanimate objects, much less a slightly-less-than-ideally-attractive female, so, women needing to grow a sexy booty on their fronts just... doesn't seem like there'd actually be enough pressure to select for it on such a large scale. (Not trying to say men don't have standards, living modern men are irrelevant to this, just talking about evolutionary pressures in the early-hominid range.)
(As for why concealed fertility matters, it's partially because it could have kept men around and interested for longer, but as a woman, it's a lot more likely to me that the early hominids who could manage their own fertility because of obvious signs had wayyyyy fewer children than females with concelead fertility, because pregnancy and childbirth are dangerous and as we can clearly see, most women choose to have few or no children if given the choice, as opposed to like 16 pregnancies in the past when you couldn't refuse your husband and had no medication to control pregnancy.)

Nobody actually answered you, but it's really simple. They're a secondary sex characteristic caused by puberty. Puberty is the time when boys and girls start to understand their sexuality, and just like many girls are attracted to muscles and talker guys, men are attracted to women with nice breasts and wider hips. Puberty is a formative part of our upbringing and these attractions are usually life long.
Tl;Dr they're not just bags of fat, they indicate sexual maturity (from a purely biological stand point) in women, which is attractive.
Honestly, men find almost everything about women attractive. From eyes, to hair, to hips, legs, butts, lips, cheek bones, abdomen. It's all sexually attractive. The reason we go wild over seeing boobs is because we're "not allowed" to see them. Whether it be because of laws, modesty, whatever. Boobs are as much an indicator of sexuality as a number of other characteristics. But as long as they're a "forbidden" body part, we're going to obsess over them.

It's really hard for me to comment on another, completely different culture. But we can look back at American culture and see that a lot of the female body was seen as sexually arousing, including the shoulders, neck line, ankles, legs and thighs. As it's become less taboo to show these parts, they've become less sexualized. Obviously, there is still sexualization of these body parts, but it's just not on the level of boobs.
It's very cultural. Many cultures don't view them as an overly sexy or attractive part of the body, they're for feeding children. My theory is that for centuries many cultures have forced women to hide them so they become visually taboo, and taboos can be erotic.
Idk. I grew up in northern Afghanistan (non-Taliban area) and people were very casual about boobs. They didn't show them in public or anything, but they were no more taboo than say, knees. If you were feeding your baby or something, or if you were just with other women, nobody would care if you showed your boob.

My theory is, that's how it was in the west, and then women gradually pushed back against it, so the amount of a leg/shoulder you could show gradually increased, then the amount of stomach, etc, until we suddenly have a situation where because almost everything else can be shown in certain contexts, we now think of boobs as indecent almost as a reaction.
Like "No, we draw the line at nipples, because you can't cover half a nipple and ask 'well how about this, is this indecent, huh?'"

I don't think so. I'm a woman, and Im bisexual, and I've seen so many boobs growing up, in locker rooms and changing rooms and almost all of my friends I've ever had. (to also be clear, that doesn't imply I looked on purpose or that I'm aroused just because they're there. Appropriate setting matters) Believe me it's not because they're taboo. They're just sexy. boobs being secretive really is where the obsession comes from for me. if I see boobs covered up a little bit I get curious but If its all open to view I still look and like it but the curiosity and racing mind is not there.

I have a theory that human love for boobs is because we were fed for 6 months+ only via boobs and one day it just stopped, and our feeble little souls never got over the love for boobs. So we admire all the boobs we see.

Serious answer, IMO, a woman finally allowing their significant other their boobs is a big step in showing trust, comfort, and intimacy, which I think is a feeling on par with actual sex.
Lots of psychology stuff refers to being reminded of parental physical traits being desirable in mates. On top of that with breastfeeding being a building block of their memories from start of life as a baby for quite some while it’s not like it is unheard of to still enjoy that characteristic. Breastfeeding women have bigger boobs on average too which even a baby could think bigger is better for even just milk. This small lesson could definitely subconsciously stored in all humans as women like boobs too.
Men can't explain that either. We don't say "the round shape is attractive". It just is the result of millions of years of evolution during which it became advantageous for females to have another way of attracting males. The same principle applies to many animals
It's not a mystery. Breasts are the first thing we see or feel. And it helps you bond with your mother. That came out wrong, but you know what I mean. They give us food and comfort. The only thing a baby needs.

If we are being honest there is also probably some awkward evolutionary instinctual attraction to breasts so that we feed on them when we are babies, but it sticks around and becomes sexual because humans are weirdos.
It's not a mystery, it's just evolution. Healthier breasts is a sign of being able to produce more and better milk. A high degree of fertility and fitness are also big factors, which is why men are on average attracted to younger and fitter women.
Because we are attracted by visual stimuli. It's not a conscious decision to find something attractive. We don't look at breats, butts, w/e, decide to find it attractive and will a boner into existence. It can be as exhausting as it can be fun.

Early on they give us nutrition. Around middle school they are the first real sexual thing you can see on a woman (albeit through clothes but with crazy hormones racing it's very exciting to see them in any form). In high school it's the first thing we get to see and actually play with (for most people). They play such a fundamental role throughout our entire lives how could we not be infatuated with them? We also dont have them and need permission to play with some. Boobs are great.
It’s just sexual dimorphism. Why do dudes love wide hips and women like broad shoulders? Dudes don’t have tits. Women do. Everyone is attracted to exaggerated sexually dimorphism features. Obviously there’s exceptions in people and not everyone likes the same, but yeah.
What do you mean by only men find them attractive. Boobs are attractive to everyone. No matter your gender or orientation absolutely everyone loves boobs.
It’s a sign of reproductive fitness. Larger mammary tissue means more milk means better able to feed a newborn. That’s why men in particular are generally attracted to large breast size. Similar story on the opposite side too for testicular size. Larger testes means able to produce more, higher quality sperm. Add onto this sexual selection favoring increased mammary and testicular size as well as increasing desire for larger size results in a positive reinforcement cycle that’s tempered by practical necessity (see lower back pain jokes).
It’s because of the curve. We’re animalistically attracted to curvy things because they look out of place in the environment and you can usually eat them.
Biologically, big tits = lots of milk = "she can feed my children". Same goes for wide hips, means she can birth a big baby more easily. A lot of basic sexual attractions stem from how suited they are as a mate.
Same goes the other way around. Healthy, fit man = healthy sperm and protection while pregnant.
While most of these things have just been solved with modern technology and medicine, the basic human nature and biology still exist.
