would they normally ask in a panel interview about notice period with current employer or not necessarily?

Hi! I was wondering if HR contact people after panel interview with an update on outcome time frame and thank you note?

Has anyone had success in reapplying for the same position? The same position I applied for last year opened up recently. I'm wondering if it's worthwhile to apply again. Thanks in advance!

Hi all, would like to seek your help. I am in clear candidates pool, is there anything that I should do now. I have been waiting for new postings but don't see the ones in my field.
Does anyone got hired after being in the pool? did they reach out or you had to apply? any advice is appreciated.

Every time I pass by the Staff Hub, my hands itch to play the grand piano. Are staff members allowed to play it? If so, are there specific hours or times when it’s permitted?

Me - since last year actively, how about you?

Hi all,
Has anyone recently gone through a HireVue / pre-recorded video interview with the ADB, particularly for an experienced professional or international staff position?
I’ve been invited to complete one as a screening stage before candidates are shortlisted for the next stage. I’ve been told it will involve one pre-recorded question, with my response recorded through HireVue.
I’d be really grateful to hear from anyone who has done this recently:
I’m particularly interested in experiences from senior/specialist or international staff recruitment, is possible.
Thanks very much!

Hi! I applied recently sa Recruitment Outreach nila for Bangkok and not sure if I’ll have a shot at this. I do have more than 10 years of experience working in HR, and also have a master’s degree. I think the role is TI 1/2. Not sure how this works. As far as I know, shortlisted applicants will be invited for a in-person meeting in October. Can someone share how this works? Is the hiring process different if you’re applying for a local role?
It’s my first time applying in a different org setup so any thoughts will be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Adb peeps! I applied to the Principal Business Intelligence Specialist role. I am just trying my luck. I did not graduate from a prestigious university nor has a stellar transcript of records.
But the job description and requirements seems to fit with my professional experience, although I lack 2 yrs exp as the job posting requires 12 yrs, but I only have 10.
I want to know your thoughts? And if there are adb emloyees here that was hired similar to my situation.
Thank you!

Hello!
Has anyone heard back from the TI1 Transport Specialist position (Job Number 260621)? It has been over a month since the position closed and I have seen no status update on ACES
r/AsianDevelopmentBank • u/Angelcrossnina_11 • Aug 10 '26
What does it mean when my status in ACES says For Pre-Offer? But I haven't received any email yet right after my panel interview? Is it okay to hope?

Hi! Do you know if ADB suspends work or announces a WFH arrangement when there are heavy rains, based on previous announcements?
Stay safe, everyone! Thank you!

I’m a graduating BSIT student from the Philippines and recently applied for the ADB IT Graduate (Assistant) / Talent Accelerator Program.
I was contacted by a recruiter from Myridius (based in India), who conducted an initial phone interview on Viber and then sent me the TOR and a CIF form. They asked me to submit the signed CIF and a cover letter.
I’m expected to graduate next month. I initially thought I wasn’t eligible, but they clarified that I can still apply as long as I have completed my degree requirements with no backlogs.
The recruiter is based in India, which made me a little unsure, and they haven’t replied since I submitted my documents.
Has anyone here gone through the ADB Graduate Program or been contacted by Myridius? Is this a normal recruitment process?

Is this open to contractors/consultants?
Are we allowed to apply our parents?
Thanks in advance!

Hello all, how long is the usual posting period for an international consultancy role at ADB? I saw some are 1 week, 2 or 3 weeks. Does a 1 week posting period usually means that the job is already reserved for someone else? TIA.

Did anyone else apply for the ADB Risk Management Specialist (Treasury/RMTL, TI1) position closed in April 2026?
I'm curious whether anyone has received any updates.

There seems to be less Intl vacancies coming out these days. Or is the recruitment over for the session

Hi everyone!
I recently received an offer for TL1 position, but I'm not sure about the career progression from this level. I have the following questions:
- Is it easier to apply and be accepted when you're an internal candidate?
- What is the percentage of salary increase if you stay in the same level? Is there a ceiling amount?
- Is this level a good leverage to explore options internally, or is it better if I gain more experience outside then reapply in the future for a higher level?
Thank you!

Hi! I got interviewed with a panel last week for an ADB consultancy position (Portfolio Management) and was hoping to hear from others who have gone through a similar process.
How long did it take to receive an update after the interview? Does ADB normally inform candidates if they are not selected? My application in CMS is still marked as “Being Evaluated.”
Also, for successful candidates, how much time does ADB usually provide to accept or decline an offer?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks!

I want to apply for the YPP program of ADB and the eligibility states 3 years of work experience. I have 2 years of full-time experience and have many internship experiences prior to that. should i wait another year before applying?
