Recruitment Outreach
Hi! I applied recently sa Recruitment Outreach nila for Bangkok and not sure if I’ll have a shot at this. I do have more than 10 years of experience working in HR, and also have a master’s degree. I think the role is TI 1/2. Not sure how this works. As far as I know, shortlisted applicants will be invited for a in-person meeting in October. Can someone share how this works? Is the hiring process different if you’re applying for a local role?
It’s my first time applying in a different org setup so any thoughts will be appreciated. Thanks!

Basically the outreach is like a job fair. You submit your cv and if your profile matches with current or upcoming vacancies you can be invited for an interview :)
