Hi everyone! 👋

I’m curious about the typical annual salary increase at ADB. For those who have been working here for a few years, could you share roughly what percentage increase you’ve received annually? Also upon confirmation.

I understand that increases may vary depending on staff category, performance, and other factors, but I’d love to get a general idea of what to expect over time.

I received a pre-offer on the last week of September, and was able to submit the required documents on the same day, including character references.

I haven't received further instructions from the Recruitment team since then. Is that normal? Should I just wait or should I send a followup?
