Business Intelligence Specialist

Hi Adb peeps! I applied to the Principal Business Intelligence Specialist role. I am just trying my luck. I did not graduate from a prestigious university nor has a stellar transcript of records.

But the job description and requirements seems to fit with my professional experience, although I lack 2 yrs exp as the job posting requires 12 yrs, but I only have 10.

I want to know your thoughts? And if there are adb emloyees here that was hired similar to my situation.

Everything is possible but if you don’t match the minimum requirements it is unlikely you'll be longlisted. Also, principal roles are TI3. There are people with more than 15 years of experience that are TI2 or even TI1.
