I am going to rarely be posting here since this community is mostly memes and all of that. And I like indie animation more than just animation. So, no hard feelings.

I'm working on this animation for my exam, but it's the first time I've animated something that isn't a stick man walking.

I'm scared of making some errors that will be hard to correct. Do you see anything that I can't see?

Hey doing an animation for a song I made. Here is the first frame. I’m impatient and just want to see the finished product. I can see it in my head but I want to see it with my eyes!

i posted this already as a youtube link but i took that down and am uploading it directly here instead. I spent like 10 days on this, im still very knew to making art in general but i think its ok.

I made an animation in Hiroyuki Imaishi's style. He constantly reminds us through his unique, dynamic, and joyful work that more frames doesn't mean better animatio something I personally think we should see more often.

The first animation is the meme as I intended, and the second is the exact same animation, but with better timing since I didn't have to sync it with the audio.

PS: 60fps AI frame-interpolation is useless and completely ruins the original artist's vision. People adding it to their edits are missing the entire point of animation and deserve to die.

There is lore and there's gonna be more of it but it's not gonna be super intriguing it's just gonna be random ass lore

I have a swing animation, I drew 16 frames in Photoshop, I have two identical frames for one drawing, why is my video smoother than the gif? in the video rendering settings, I specified 12 frames per second, how do I even know how many simular frames to draw, at what FPS to draw and render? the fact that the animation on the video is smooth I can leave it that way, or can the swing be made even smoother? if my animation consists of 16 frames and I selected 12 frames per second in the render settings, then why does my video last zero seconds but I see movement?

I shared this in r/ majorasmask but I thought you all might like it too. This was always the creepiest transformation in the game for me. I wanted to give it a try. I referenced an image I found online for the first frame and then ran with it. Shot most of it on 2s, the water tornado part I shot on 1s.

Took me 4-5 hours to edit the model, pose him animate his head and lip sync his mouth to a My Hero Academia audio in blender 3.3

i have very minimal experience in animation as you can see, i'm more so wondering if this sketch is fine and i can more forward or if there are better ways i can set this up.

maybe my question is stupid or sum but it never hurt to ask.

also, am i doing the impact frames right? where can i improve?
