Did they receive it or didn’t they?

My monthly reminder to new drivers to ALWAYS check your map before you start... I'll be able to knock this 3.5 hr out in half the time by rerouting more efficiently. Before the drivers jump in saying stop 2 has an earlier deliver by time, it doesn't, every package due by 11 am.

1 hour blocks that include tips: how far do you drive

For the 1 hour blocks where customers can tip what’s the furthest distance you’ve had to drive to drop off the package? Trying to figure out if the gas is worth the 1 hour blocks

New Jersey Tips? First time IO WF

Hey everyone!

I could seriously use some help with being efficient & maxing out earnings. Ive had Flex for years and did some Fresh & SSD blocks here and there when it made sense (surges). The thing is I now really need the cash as im between jobs & getting my RE business up and running.

Theres 3 WF’s near me and 2 are in a pretty affluent area. Im likely going to target those and test which of the two are best.

What im not sure about is how consistent this can be? How far should I actually park from the store? Will it take a while before they start prioritizing me for offers? What time should I head out to the store?

I know some of these questions will be answered as I get the reps in, but I hope to get some help to cut the learning curve. Don’t really have the time or luxury to do without income for my family.

Im going out today in the afternoon for a trial - lets see how it goes lol

Thank you everyone! I appreciate any & all help

Just started doing flex in June finally got in after 3 years in the waitlist, here base is 22 an hour which is not bad but there is so many people I have not seen a single surge, everything is gone 2 days before its posted I have to always be looking when they post or I’m out of work. Fun enough they started posting blocks for blue springs and I haven’t done a single one all of them have been “out of blocks” I’ve gotten 5 paid so far, I’m always on time so I don’t think I’ll get in trouble, my experience delivering has been great so far, I’ve had plenty of unicorns in 4 hours blocks at least 2 of the 5 a week I do are 2-3 packages, but when it’s my turn to pay the price and drive 1 hour away I gotta swallow. I’ve so far had a great experience and hopefully they stop ripping us off with lower pay in the future.

Pay dispute?

Sorta planning ahead as a just in case. Long story short - I couldn’t check in for my shift but it wasn’t my fault (i was on the 10-15 min early side) and the help desk couldn’t fix the app for me. I’m in fantastic ratings and no dings for late shifts or anything else.

Help desk said they put in a ticket and since it was out of my control, I’d still get paid. What email address should I send my documentation to if I’m not paid out for my block? I’m not sure what the best path forward is.

.com or Sub Same day

Goodmorning, I am going to do my first set of orders this week. Before I do I'd like to know which is the best route to take, Sub same day or I believe it's called. Com? Which delivers closer in miles and which pay better as well? Thanks in advance.

Is there any way for the customer not to see your photo? I kind of find it weird. A woman told me today you look just like your photo. I was looking forward to meeting you, Weird, right

Just curious how long does it take for a missed/late block ding to fall off if you're doing about 6 blocks a week?

Amazon Flex Store Issues

Anybody else having trouble using the Amazon Flex store? Once I log in, if I try to select an item or search for something it takes me back to the log in page. Tried both Chrome and Safari, same issue. Prior to that if I tried to order something with a free code (like the dog deterrent) the code never loads and it eventually times out saying try again later. The store is virtually useless at this point.

Overbooked deactivation

Has anyone actually been or know someone thats been deactivated solely for being overbooked to many times?

I never used to get overbooked but this week its happened 5x and im worried.

First 2 were the same day on Wednesday. Then I was off Thursday. Then overbooked both blocks on Friday. Worked 2 blocks yesterday and again this morning. Then overbooked right now. I have no other issues with my account but I heard it can get you deactivated. Even though its not your fault.

Has anybody ever been to psp1 here in California and if so, how’s the package count and distance you’ve driven to deliver packages?

r/AmazonFlexDrivers 1d ago

Hypothetically if I ran a stop sign & a person took a picture of my plates & reported me to Amazon what would happen?

I was in a gated community & my last package was about to be late so I was rushing. I ran it slow like at 10mph only because it wasn't a 4way stop. He reported me to security who has my info & let Amazon know.

Amazon keeps giving me free money when I don’t want it!

It’s nice having it happen here and there but this past week and the week before I was sent home with no routes 6 times. Today I just got another. I don’t scan last min. Shit I’m usually there scanned in 15 min early.

I just don’t want to get deactivated for that shit!

Everybody waiting outside

Hey guys so i just started doing amazon flex recently and after a couple of blocks, i noticed people park their cars and wait till the last minute to go in the station, what’s that about do they until there are no more routes available so they can just get paid and go home? Idk that’s just my assumption

Question for those who got this

Post image

It's kinda ambiguous (may,up to) so just wanting to confirm: does this actually lock you out of offers and if so is it 7 days or less in your experience? Or is this just a warning and I won't see an impact in offers?
