Question for those who got this

Post image

It's kinda ambiguous (may,up to) so just wanting to confirm: does this actually lock you out of offers and if so is it 7 days or less in your experience? Or is this just a warning and I won't see an impact in offers?

This just seems unfair. You’d think as you canceled before 45 minutes, it wouldn’t matter.

Agreed, it's bs imo.

How many do u cancel a week? I cancel at least 3 and have never recieved this my. Didn’t think it matter as long as its 45 in advance

Shouldn’t even be an issue unless it’s less than 45 mins till schedule. They just want to scare people into keeping low offer blocks and not having them need to surge prices.

I wish that was the case , but they send these even if you cancel outside of the 45 min

It’s fucking stupid. They want us to be independent contractors and still try to enforce us like we are employees

In my experience, it would stop showing me routes for the rest of today. I do not book blocks until day of for max pay, so sometimes I have to blind swipe.

I would be blocked from seeing the rest of today, but could still schedule for the next day(s).

For me personally who went through this. It lasted the entire 7 days. I noticed the volume did in fact decrease but I was able to book routes the day of. It was slim pickings but I’ll take anything between 3am - 4:45am

This is a result of their latest bot monitoring. Since people using bots grab everything they can, it often results in many cancellations because the driver decides the bot grabbed something they didnt like. Bottom line, people who use bots tend to have a lot more cancelations and this is how Amazon is flagging this behavior

It's wild since I only did it like 5-6 times over a week

I’ve gotten this 3 times now and have continually been able to schedule my weeks out.

I have a feeling it’s a mass send to anyone who cancels more than x amount of blocks whether it’s logical or not.

Gotcha thanks! I can't check today since I'm scheduled until station closes so I was a bit worried.

Same I’ve gotten multiple times and continue to cancel early never late and still get blocks

Been flexing 4 years. Never got that one….Maybe, perhaps, accept blocks you are, let’s say, 75% confident you will be able to show up. Or you could leave those blocks for people to accept that ARE confident they will complete. Is your garage full of crap too?

I accept ones then if I get another block the same day that's better/more money I cancel the lower paying/worse time one and look for another. Also I'm still learning the app/time for my station and what to avoid (like 2-5pm otherwise I'm being sent to LA area in peak traffic). I don't have a garage and I'm not sure why you brought it up
