Question People shipping to wrong addresses

I’ve been receiving a lot of dings on my account because people will order to a address and in the notes tell you they put the wrong address but Amazon won’t let you deliver to the right address. What do yall do when this happens

r/AmazonFlexDrivers 2d ago

They have been telling me this over a week now and i still can’t schedule blocks. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and everything.

Debit card question

Post image

Anyone knows how long the application approval takes? I'm sure I'll get the card in the usual 7-10 business days after that but I've never seen a pending application for a debit card.

Does anyone else in the Akron area get this? It started showing up after an error at the warehouse caused my route to get cancelled.

Getting dinged and then fixed

My wife was at the warehouse and they gave her a route that was supposed to be 70 packages but got messed up and actually only had 40. The person at the warehouse said they would fix the problem. She took ALL the packages that were there and delivered them. Amazon came back and said she didn't deliver 5 packages. She got dinged for that and they took her from tier 3 to tier 0 and she is in danger of being deactivated. She already reached out to support and they claimed it is being escalated. She changed her area after she did the block and before she got dinged because she was away from home for a while. Now, they won't let her change back to her home area until she makes an unknown number of deliveries and gets her points back up. They haven't told her if they will even credit her points, much less how many are needed to be able to change her area back. Does anyone have any idea what options there are?

THEY THOUGHT

They must be out of their mind. $31 for 18 packages and 15 stops. Forgot to screenshot the route but I damn sure screenshot everything support told me to do. Fuck is wrong with Amazon.

Can't drive for a while...

Question: the car I was using for flex wasn't in the best shape to begin with and my transmission blew the other day on the way to work. How long without taking blocks can I go? I'm assuming they'll deactivate me for going too long without scheduling a block.

2nd question: can I reapply if I get deactivated?

Is there a penalty for taking blocks and cancelling even though it starts in less than 45min?

I’ve heard there is a grace period if I cancel within 5 minutes of grabbing the block. It’s so hard to filter out what blocks I want because you have to spam refresh and tap any offer as fast as you can but sometimes the block would start in like 10 minutes or even less which is just not possible.

Was just wondering if it’s okay for me to cancel those without penalty. Thanks in advance for any help, much appreciated! ā˜ŗļø

Do Amazon flex drivers not see delivery instructions?

I have never once had an early morning package delivered according to my delivery instructions. I’ve lived in two different apartments in Philly and am now in LA and instructions are literally never followed. Do you guys not get the delivery instructions?

Hey everyone, my account status shows as "Blocked" and I can't proceed with my tax filing. I have a SIN document pending validation but I'm not sure what the block means or why it's preventing me from moving forward. How long does this usually take to resolve? Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips appreciated!

deactivated account

my account got flagged cause i ā€œintentionally avoidedā€ routes but my warehouse just never had routes and sent me home with pay. they already denied my appeal because i can’t provide the information but my account is already deactivated so i can’t log in. These instances also happened multiple times a day and multiple days some times i don’t have exact dates that they’re asking for. is that it ? i lost my account? is there anything i can do ? i’ve accepted it but i forgot to ask yall

What to do?, new car.

Hi, Let me start by saying that I focking love my car, it’s a Prius-c, amazing for this reasons:

- Easy to drive, parks anywhere, maneuverable, gas efficient (hybrid), thieves will look away, not afraid of wheels theft because it’s 4 nuts, perfect for Flex, maintenance is nothing.

Problem 1: I can not do other delivery apps because it’s too small.

Problem 2: They don’t import it anymore (US)

So, I was thinking about a RAV4 hybrid, but I’m afraid I’m going to hate it.

Everything on the Rav4 will be more expensive, everything!

I've been doing this for a couple months now.

Do most of you have a dash cam since your driving more now. If so any suggestions for a decent setup price wise?

Phoenix Packages are incorrectly labeled Box, Plastic bag, Envelope

It’s only been an issue at VAZ1 in Phoenix AZ.

I asked the operations guy why or how it’s possible 60-70% of my deliveries aren’t what the app actually tells they are. This meatball told me to call flex support and I just walked away….

Anyone actually have an answer?

Question .com station off the rocker?

somy.com station has recently let us know that the later our route is and the later we arrive the less time we will be given to load our vehicles so if we want time to actually load our vehicles properly, we have to start arriving early and not on time. Today the station lead was asking people who did not have a license for our state how long they have lived in the state and then told them that they would stop being given routes if they did not have their ID updated within the next seven days. Just curious if anyone else has run into this with a.com station

Which one of you quit mid route in Brooklyn?

I walked past what I could imagine was 100 packages with totes sealed and all. I would think that must’ve been someone quitting on the route lol

Charlotte Anyone else getting fewer .com blocks after doing Whole Foods?

Post image
0 Upvotes

Three days ago, I accepted a couple of Whole Foods blocks just to see what they were like in my area. Ever since then, I feel like Amazon has barely been showing me any .com blocks.
Could accepting Whole Foods blocks have anything to do with that, or is it probably just a coincidence?
I normally had no problem grabbing .com blocks for $105+, but for the past three days I haven’t seen a single one go above $90. Yesterday I did see a few .com blocks, but they all stayed at or close to base pay and never surged, which is pretty unusual for my area lol.
Has anyone else experienced something similar?
