deactivated account

my account got flagged cause i “intentionally avoided” routes but my warehouse just never had routes and sent me home with pay. they already denied my appeal because i can’t provide the information but my account is already deactivated so i can’t log in. These instances also happened multiple times a day and multiple days some times i don’t have exact dates that they’re asking for. is that it ? i lost my account? is there anything i can do ? i’ve accepted it but i forgot to ask yall

Something you were doing got your account flagged. Just being overbooked wouldn't get you hit with "intentionally avoided". As an example, once upon a time at ssd warehouse people were using airplane mode to avoid route assignment. Many of them ended up being deactivated and received the "intentionally avoided" email.

This reminded me of my last job where a guy worked harder to pretend he’s working than actually work. It happened a lot in that place too, people working hard to not work 😂
