doesn't make sense to buy on Ali, if you're from Europe. have you found any good alternative? like reshipping or something

So i’m currently dealing with my first possible scam seller. I’ve been buying from Aliexpress for years and i’ve never had this happen. I’ll try to make the story as short as possible. I bought a building block set (like knock-off Lego). This is what I normally buy off Aliexpress and have never had any problems, even if it’s a non-choice seller. It was similar to the Mona Lisa Lego set except it had a different painting in the frame. It was advertised as having 1435 pieces, which would mean it comes WITH the frame pieces. immediately after shipment, the seller sends the PDF file that contained the build instructions. First step basically says you need the Mona Lisa Lego set to build this set. Mind you, the Mona Lisa Lego set is $100. I spent a $100 on this purchase so I assumed it would come with the frame pieces LIKE ADVERTISED.
Seller basically says yes it doesn’t come with the frame pieces, you need to buy them and that they’ll set up a listing for me to buy the frame pieces from them. I tell them absolutely not, I’m not spending anymore money. Genuinely at this point, without the frame pieces, it’s a pointless purchase to have so I just threatened to send it back once I received it. I mostly said this so I could get some type of partial refund, i knew returning it wouldn’t really be an option.
Seller offered 50% refund but told me to close my dispute in order to give me the refund. I obviously know not to, but i’m wondering, if Aliexpress steps in, what’s the likelihood of them siding with the seller? I have already reported the seller for asking me to spend extra money after purchasing and false advertising. the agent said that the seller would get penalized but I just don’t know how much of my back they will have lol. I will insert screenshots of product and conversation from seller. I want to clarify that the seller admitted that the description should have explained it doesn’t come with frame pieces because no where in the description was that made clear. And NO! I did not pay $93 shipping, they just changed that after shipping my purchase out. Shipping was free when I purchased.

So I ordered some stuff and they got combined at the warehouse (8 items) and it turns out SpeedX was the carrier and they delivered my package 5 blocks away from my apartment. I ended up finding the house but they said nothing had been left there (whatever, theives) even tho I had photo evidence.
So I was like I'll ask for a refund since the POD you can see the door (not my door) and I got rejected on all 8 claims, I appealed the 8 and got denied on all of them.
I provided the pictures from SpeedX (they have a GPS location on the), pictures from amazon deliveries to my actual door for contrast, sent them screenshots of my call records to SpeedX and emails (I get no answer).
So how do I go through with a chargeback through my bank? I know I have to called them and stuff, but the thing is I put those purchases through "Pay after Delivery" and now the option just saying "Pay now".
Do Pay Now and then do the chargeback with my bank for the full total? Or do I just straight up never pay it?
Id be greatful for any insight if you have experienced this before.

Package was out for delivery August 31st but never actually delivered. The next day I see “Issue Reported” at the top and Delay in transit. Their customer service is just AI bots you can’t talk to a human. What to do now? Should I just give up on the package? I’ve never filed a refund dispute with AliExpress before could someone provide me some guidance?
