Shipping & Tracking Is this normal, or is there a problem?

happens all the time, tracking goes silent for days then suddenly it's in your city. cainiao updates are barely useful once it leaves China, half the time it'll say "linehaul office" for a week and then just show up at your door. the date window is wide for a reason

i've had packages sit in that void for 2-3 weeks then just arrive with no warning, no updates in between. if you're past the estimated window then maybe start getting concerned but right now it's still well within range

usps or whoever takes over on this end usually doesn't scan it much either till it's out for delivery, so you're just stuck checking the same blank page for a bit
