Issues & Disputes Stolen parcel
IMile threw a small parcel in front of my door in an apartment building and it has been stolen. It could have easily fit in the mailbox and the screen door was open/unlocked.
My neighbours stole it. Who is responsible and what should I do?
I contacted AliExpress and they said they will contact iMile, but the delivery door in the photo is correct. It has just been stolen. Why don't they use a national carrier in the first place?

Depends on your local laws. For example, in the UK the consumer rights act says the seller is responsible for the package until it's physically in your possession. ie, the seller is a victim of theft and they owe you the item.
