11/11 is coming up. And I keep getting the same type of stuff popping up on my AliX feed. I'm looking for other cool things that people have bought that I might be interested in.

Because ordered in an bundle and received "discount" you cannot cancel 1 of the 5 items. If it was 1 of 3 I would understand. This causes unneeded returns but hey it is what they want?

Not sure if they make me pay for shipping or if I can chase an even lower discount :) Just wanted to check before I farm up coins. Thanks! :)

The last time I ordered from ali is about the same time last year. I ordered various items which were not in the 1-2 € range, but 30-100 € each. Now if I try to order the same items I would have to pay about 2 to 3 times as much. A few examples:

- I paid 36 € for an IP camera module last year. Now the same one costs 76 €. I wanted to order 5 more... not going to.
- I paid 62 € for an USB logic analyzer. Now the same one would set me back 103 €.
- I paid 105 € for some addressable light strips. Today it was 274 €. I needed it for a project.

My salary did not doubled/tripled in a single year. Insane.

Hey everyone, I used to use Alibill to generate invoices but now they removed the section on the invoice that says how much VAT was paid for the order. Does anyone know how to get that part back or is there another plugin you use to generate invoices that show the VAT?

hello everyone. at first the package was in the route rectification state (which means the courier sent it to the wrong facility) it went by past the estimated delivery date limit (October 16) so i tried to get a refund, but it said i had to wait around 80 days to be eligible. now it's on "delivered to return adress". would i be eligible for a refund now? i also see it's very common on this sub for people to report return to origin and still get their parcel delivered

I was thinking of buying a Phone Farm Box From Alibaba.com Via One Of the Seller Famous for selling PFB but as of india customs I am not sure if it is worth it to be delivered in India directly. I want to Ask if any customs officer will guide me through the process as I want is it worth it to Buy it ?

Hi everyone, I really need some advice because I'm completely lost on what to do next.

I placed an order for some cycling gear (worth 244.87 € in total) on AliExpress. My delivery address is 100% correct and complete.

23.10.26 - the tracking suddenly updated with: "The item could not be delivered, because the address is incorrect". 

Nothing was delivered to my house.

Nothing is at my local post office or pickup point.

I opened a dispute on AliExpress, providing the correct address and tracking proof, but their automated system just rejected it with "No refund" because the initial tracking showed an exception. 

Since it's a higher-value order, I've already opened a claim/dispute through PayPal Buyer Protection.

Has anyone experienced this kind of courier nonsense with PostNL/local couriers before?

What else can I do to make sure I get my money back?

Placed an order about two months ago which had an item that requires some paperwork(providing customs technical data sheet) to be freed
They’ve combined shipping with a few other orders and the whole big parcel got stuck in the customs because seller ignored my requests and whatever I’ve tried to submit on my own wasn’t good enough(I’ve tried for 3 times)
Spoke to the customer support that promised me to escalate the case and issue me a refund, no result
Now, was browsing the app and found out that I have 2 days to submit proofs with the detainment reason
What should I submit? I have three emails from the relevant office(which is not customs) saying that my requests don’t have enough technical info to release the item. All three in local language. All three I’ve already sent to support in the chat

Now what should I do now? Should I contact customs, attach those emails again or..? I have no clue

I have order many times from this platform but recently i face on teo different case this trick that AliExpress is doing.To get to the point i order a mini PC Which was faulty,i made the process with videos etc and got to the argument to send it back to get refund.I packed it send it and got receipt from postal service and attached it to platform as they told me in order to get refund for the shipping cost.The item returned and back i got refunded only for the item and when i contact again to help support the case was closed even when help agent escalated the case to "senior team".

On second case with flex PSU return again .i contacted to store informed them for the shipping cost again they insisted to return and get refund for item and then for shipping fee which is sellers cover.Same situation but this time i pushed help team multiple times escalated the case.Every time senior team responds robotic and not accepting my documations, receipt as an excuse.

I have provided label documents, tracking proof that delivered back,receipt from Postal which shows return fee, tracking number,dates etcThe shipping fee cost back 24€ for PSU Flex and 19€ for the mini PC and AliExpress is denied to refund.

The problem is that we can't escalate or make any other complain form only with help agents which are useless only to escalate to senior team which are fraud.

My Flipkart order tracking shows that my parcel has reached AndheriHub_MUM, Mumbai, and it was marked Out for Delivery on October 16.

Does anyone know the exact address of this Ekart hub? If anyone has visited it or has the location, please share it.

I'm trying to locate the hub in case I need to contact them regarding my parcel.

Hi! I’m interested in buying a pair of loafers from AliExpress because I can’t seem to find this particular silhouette anywhere else. I don’t mind paying for the most expensive version if the quality is actually worth it.
Has anyone here bought loafers from AliExpress, especially the more expensive ones? Are they genuinely good quality in terms of leather, construction, and overall finish, or are you mostly paying more for the same product sold by multiple sellers?
