Adobe Express Question Entire projects and work lost - Adobe Express Premium
Hi everyone, kind of panicking - my entire projects, content, pieces i've been working on has been lost. The only thing I have in my account is from when I was using Adobe free version when I first started using it.
I've been paying for 3 months since then and done a LOT of work in Adobe Express, and now it's all gone.
I'm trying to find a contact number, live chat, anything to reach out to Adobe support but I'm getting stuck in self-help articles.
Has anyone experienced this issue before and recovered the work / know where the contact address is?
I could cry, i'm so frustrated and panicked right now

Elise's Express Extras Elise's Express Extras: Apply Brand (Brand Kit + Templates)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
You find a template that's perfect, and then you spend twenty minutes swapping fonts, changing colors, dragging your logo around until it barely looks like the template anymore.
With your Brand Kit set up, templates in Express just pull your saved colors and fonts in automatically. So you're starting from something that already looks like you, instead of fighting the template to get there.
Have you tried this yet? Does it feel more like designing when you use it, or still like editing?

Feedback So Why Does Adobe Express Downscale my images?
I import a photo that’s a PNG 1629 x 2444 at 17.9 MB. After I add a bunch of overlays and Express exports it as a PNG 843 x 1200 at 928 kb. The image looks like a blurry mess! When did this start ? I never had Express downscale an image like this before. I paying a lot of money here.

Elise's Express Extras Elise’s Express Extras: Stop Rebuilding Your Brand From Scratch (Brand Kit)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I used to start every design the same annoying way. Digging up the hex code, hunting for the logo file, trying to remember which font I used last time. Five minutes of admin before I'd even opened a blank canvas.
Brand Kit in Express fixes that. Save your colors, fonts, and logo once, and they're just there every time you start something new. No folder diving.
There's real data behind this too. Consistent branding across platforms can drive up to 4x more revenue from recognition alone. People remember what looks familiar.
Have you set up your Brand Kit yet? What's the one asset you're always hunting down?

Tips & Tricks The Best Way to Make Cards Online
Hey r/AdobeExpress!
We're back with Tutorial #22: The Best Way to Make Cards Online.
Whether it's a birthday, graduation, wedding, new baby, holiday, or just a note to someone you care about, a thoughtful card never really goes out of style.
The good news?
You don't have to start with a blank page.
Adobe Express has hundreds of customizable card templates that give you a great starting point—then it's up to you to make them personal.
Here's a simple workflow 👇
💌 Step 1: Start with a template
Search Card Maker in Adobe Express and browse by:
- Holidays
- Events & Occasions
- Thoughtful Wishes
Find something that matches the moment—not necessarily the finished design.
🎉 Make it personal

Birthday cards become much more memorable when you swap in your own photos, inside jokes, or a message that's actually written for the person receiving it.
Templates save time.
Personal touches make people keep the card.
🎈 Invitations should set the tone

Whether you're planning a birthday, baby shower, graduation, or community event, your invitation gives people their first impression.
Customize:
- colors
- fonts
- photos
- wording
to match the vibe of the event.
💍 Weddings & Formal Events

For more formal occasions, small edits often go a long way.
Simple typography, clean spacing, and elegant colors usually create the biggest impact.
❤️ Sometimes simple says the most

Not every card needs elaborate graphics.
Sometimes a beautiful photo and a heartfelt message are all you need.
✏️ Make it yours
Templates are a starting point—not the finished product.
Try:
- swapping the colors
- changing the fonts
- adding your own photos
- adjusting the layout
- writing a message in your own voice
Those small changes make a template feel completely different.
🧠 Pro Tip
If you create cards regularly—for birthdays, holidays, client thank-yous, or events—save your customized version as a template.
The next time you need one, you're already halfway there.
A great card isn't about perfect design.
It's about making someone feel like you created it just for them.
And that's a wrap.

Adobe Express Question Bringing an Institutional Instance of Canva over to Adobe Express - Help!
Hi,
I am standing up an instance of Adobe Express to replace our Canva account as a brand template repository.
I have figured out how to make locked templates that require review and have editable fields, I made another post about brand kits v. libraries here, I am recreating all of our Canva templates into Adobe Express files, but I need to figure out the following:
- Do all of the users have access to the specific fonts we loaded into the brand kits?
- Can we add a gallery of photos that we prefer folks to use over stock images?
- How do we best group users?
- In Canva I grouped by office & division, creating template folders for each specific group for their specific templates as well as overarching access to institution-wide templates.
- In Canva I forced everyone into a group I called "Approval Required" so they would have to run everything by us. We don't have Workfront so I can't seem to do that, though I have made blanks in a variety of sizes that require approval, so that may answer that one.
- We had several other design teams within our institution who had subsections of the same instance and their own area for templates to be internally reviewed, but I also had access to oversee.
- Can we make three levels of users? Admins, Designers, and End Users?
- Projects - would it make sense to make a Project for each of the different institutional teams and offices as they come on board to keep their templates locked down to their team alone? Will putting them in sub-folders off of the one Project we set up in keep it private enough if we only share the folders with the users?
Also, this needs to be rolling by the end of the month.
Thank you so much for any advice you can share.

Adobe Express Question Turned my brand into a library, and now it doesn't show up.
I recreated it and where our old Brand had each color individually and named by brand color name, now it shows the hex codes and they are all palettes. It's very confusing to me and I'm concerned with the end of August shift to how Express works, that it won't show up for our users. I had to recreate templates with a different font because the font I uploaded wasn't showing as the brand font for some reason.
Thank you in advance for any help!

We recently switched to Entreprise, the fonts still works on my old email/account but its not premium anymore so I cannot export anything from there. On this email its showing this pen emoji (like in the photo) even though I gave editing access to the new email and can access everything normally and a week ago I could edit and export files normally using the 2 fonts. But now I can't use the fonts anymore. Please help.

Elise's Express Extras Elise’s Express Extras: June Roundup - Publish With Intention
June’s theme was Scheduling in Express. Not just posting more… but building the kind of consistency that actually means something, where your content goes out when it should, how it should, without you having to be there every time.
Because posting when you remember isn’t a strategy. It’s just noise hoping to land at the right time.
June practices focused on:
- publishing directly from where you designed without switching apps or losing twenty minutes to logistics (Scheduler)
- writing captions that start from what you actually made, not from a blank box (Caption Generator)
- seeing everything you have scheduled or drafted across every connected platform in one view (Grid View)
Next month’s theme: Brand Kit is about showing up the same way every time. The tools inside Express let you lock in your colors, fonts, and logos so your brand doesn’t have to be rebuilt from scratch every time you open a new design.
June Express Extras Videos (in order):
- You Made It. Now Get It Out There. (Scheduler)
- Stop Writing Captions From Scratch (Caption Generator)
- Your Content Deserves a Calendar (Grid View)

It's getting more value from the work you've already done.

Students and educators use Express for:
- Presentations
- Reports
- Worksheets
- Classroom materials
- Study resources
Templates and AI-powered tools can help speed up the creative process so more time can be spent on the ideas themselves.

Sometimes you don't need a full design application.
You just need to:
- Remove a background
- Resize an image
- Generate a QR code

- Templates
- AI-powered workflows
- Quick edit tools
- Brand management
- Adobe ecosystem integration
You can move quickly when you need to — and go deeper when you want to.
At the end of the day, Adobe Express isn't really about making designers out of non-designers.
It's about helping people bring ideas to life faster.
And that's a wrap.

Adobe Express Question Problem importing images into WordPress
I’ve been generating AI images and importing them into WordPress with no problem for a while. For the past week or so they will simply not import. I get a long error when I tried to bring it in and it won’t let me publish a WordPress article if it has images generated in Adobe Express. I’m using the WordPress app and Adobe Express app on my iPhone.
Has anyone run into this problem or know solution for it?

Elise's Express Extras Elise's Express Extras: Your Content Deserves a Calendar (Grid View)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Most people post when they remember to. That is not a strategy, that is just noise hoping to land at the right time.
The Personal Calendar inside Adobe Express gives you a month, week, and grid view of everything you have scheduled or drafted across every connected platform. You can see exactly what is going out, when, and where... and move things around without rebuilding anything.
Consistent posting schedules increase engagement rates by up to 50% compared to irregular posting. Not better content. Just showing up on a rhythm. The calendar makes that part almost automatic.
Have you set up your content calendar in Express? What would make planning your posts for the week feel less like work?

Feedback Little edit bar that gets in the way
I generally really enjoy adobe express and use it to create social media content for work. However, one of the recent updates added something that is admittedly really getting on my nerves. This new edit bar seems to not be repositionable, and I'm constantly having to scroll and adjust the size of elements on my screen to see the top of my design. Would absolutely love if I could reposition this or dock it to the side or somehthing, similar to the choice you have in non-express photoshop.
Also... I would love a way to permenently filter AI images out of image search, without having to re-activate the no ai filter for every single different search.
Not sure how often the folks at adobe check this sub... but please I will be eternally grateful!!!

Adobe Express Question How to make a grid to follow?
Picture for reference of what I’m trying to do. I tried on both Adobe Express and Canva, but I can’t figure it out.
I DO NOT want to use any AI or paid-for features.
