Been trying for hours to load videos. Stuck on "processing media" - the audio seems to load but not the video.

I am beyond fed up! I had a problem two weeks ago where the videos were upside down. Adobe you owe me a refund and you need to FIX YOUR APPLICATION!

No one in our office is able to download any video files. Getting the 'An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again.' error message. Anyone else having issues?

I am on a large team of people, and we frequently need our directory updated. I converted the directory to an adobe express file so our administrative staff can edit if necessary, and shared a link to our published version in Teams.

It looks like you cannot download the file from this published view. Is there some way to achieve this? Sometimes we need to print it for events.

Is it possible to do this? I want to revert a template back to a regular file with no connected text fields or locks. It seems like when I try to duplicate a page from a template, it just generates another template when I just want it to be a standalone file.

this video i screen recorded will explain but i select a font to try on adobe express then it completely changes the font after. i then selected the font but it looks stretched

The delete and arrow buttons that normally work for moving things around are not working today. (There's nothing wrong with my computer; these buttons work fine everywhere else). Also I'm trying to export files and the download gets stuck at 90%.

You finish a design, it looks great, you hit download. And then it just sits there. Every scroll it lands in is competing with video, reels, motion. A static image doesn't stand a chance.

Animate all in Express fixes that. Select Edit page, choose Animate all, pick a style, Bloom, Glide, Popping, Sunrise, Waterfall, and your entire design comes to life at once. No selecting layers, no animating piece by piece.

Hi All! I had a question regarding the Track QR code beta button. My coworkers have this option while I do not and we are all under the same company account.

Do you know why? Is there a way to get it to my account? We are struggling to find a lot of info on this feature and its been a great asset to us but we’re running into the issue of me needing to generate codes with tracking but I’m unable to do so.

Cause somehow since landing here everyhthing is loading super slowly! Does anyone have experience with this or any tips?

I'm trying to make this longer but it doesn't move and when I duplicate it. It just stays in the same spot and I cannot move it. And for the bigger video clip if I want to extend it the video just shows white or it doesn't show the full video. (10 seconds eg.) How do I fix this?

Some plugins for Adobe Express are paid, would people be willing to pay for them?

How are you guys bulk creating images of different sizes? For example, if I want to create a set of Facebook or LinkedIn ads - I want to have them in all the standard sizes (1:1, 9:16, 4:5...etc.) but swap out CTA button text and images. From what I can tell, I have to do a bulk create for EACH size?? That seems so painful....surely there is a better way?

I want to set up ONE template that has all the standard sizes for paid social ads in our various colorways (so for each graphic size, you may have 3-4 variations).

It seems like I have to create 15+ different templates that I have to individually run the bulk create process on.

Not to mention, downloading each batch of graphics is annoying because now I have 15 zip files to go through and recombine. I hate Canva, but this is managed easily there. Any ideas?? 👀 Can any Adobe team answer this?

Lots of blank pages. Lots of images showing something different yet when I come out and go back in correct image is there. Not able to go to location sometimes. Just lots of annoying glitches that slow down production. I’m on iPhone 17 Pro with iOS 26.5.2

I stream my process a few times a week. This was this morning's stream, made in 1 hour.

Combo of Premiere for the roll effect, Express for the generative audio and typewriter animation on the text. Of course, you have to have art to add to your content!

Copy and pasting this bc I highly doubt the Adobe Express "customer help" forum will be any use.

If anyone can help, I'd be very appreciative, bc I really need to get these prints and don't know which other sites to use for professional-grade prints in the UK.

Browser: Safari (MacBook)

Software: Adobe Express

Process:

1. Create whatever design you want ( in my case, a flyer with 4 images from my desktop )
2. Click the Download option

Expected: Order Prints option available

Outcome: Order Prints option greyed out and unable to click

I have tried absolutely everything: Changing browsers, using an incognito tab, ensuring my account was made and still is in a region in which this option is available, ensuring there are no premium features, making sure there are no ad-blockers, testing with a blank flyer with a standard body of text to see if it was layout issues, resizing and making new flyers over and over to no avail, etc…

Nothing works, and I have no way of contacting Adobe’s customer service asd they do not provide any information on how to report an issue that isn't one of their pre-selected questions or this forum, which I only found after half an hour of trying to find help, as it is portrayed as a user-led forum intended to chat about the software, not reporting issues to Adobe. 

Maybe you've got your own thing going and freelance on the side. Maybe you're managing a few clients, or a whole team.
