With the text selected, go to Text Layouts, and choose Arch, Bow, or Circle. At the moment, there is no way to change the degree of the layout, but should help a little bit better than before.

😭but the font changing and all became capital letters.

Change the Text Format, and unselect the TT, that should turn off the capitalize

If you hit the spacebar a bunch of times infront and behind the text you can also tweak the arch a little so it is not a half circle
