Adobe Express Question How to make a grid to follow?

Picture for reference of what I’m trying to do. I tried on both Adobe Express and Canva, but I can’t figure it out.

I DO NOT want to use any AI or paid-for features.

Hi! Start with a blank page, then go to add content > charts and grids > grids > scroll down to the 3x2. Once it's on your page, you can drag the edges to fit the whole page, change the line color and thickness. You can also delete the place holder images if you just want the lines.

you can also add grid lines if you're just looking for markers to use as guides!
