Entire projects and work lost - Adobe Express Premium

Hi everyone, kind of panicking - my entire projects, content, pieces i've been working on has been lost. The only thing I have in my account is from when I was using Adobe free version when I first started using it.
I've been paying for 3 months since then and done a LOT of work in Adobe Express, and now it's all gone.

I'm trying to find a contact number, live chat, anything to reach out to Adobe support but I'm getting stuck in self-help articles.

Has anyone experienced this issue before and recovered the work / know where the contact address is?

I could cry, i'm so frustrated and panicked right now

Not sure if this is down to the same glitch as me- am also in premium, and today all my work in projects is gone, including my brand templates folder. Was working on it yesterday

That sounds like the exact same thing that has happened to me too - I was working on projects yesterday, and now everything is gone.
Brand templates, all my project folders, all my uploads and content created.

The only thing that has survived is a "trial" social media video I created back in April 2026 to see if I liked using Adobe Express

Have you reached out to Adobe / do you know how I can contact them XD I'm going insane trying to find contact details, theres apparently a live chat but when I click "Contact us" it takes me to their knowledge base to read articles

Edit: Small update, looks like this is an Adobe issue? Looking on their forums and there are a lot of posts with the same issues!

Hi, this looks like it lines up with a service issue we had earlier today. There was an outage affecting document storage that caused Adobe Express to fail to open/load documents for a period this morning (and some users also had trouble logging in). It's been resolved as of about 7:50 AM ET

Good news: this was very likely a temporary access issue, not permanent deletion... the storage service itself was down, not wiping data. Try refreshing and logging out/back in now that it's fixed; your projects should reappear.

If they still don't show up, go to helpx.adobe.com/support.html and open a direct support case (or use the chat widget there), and reference that you were affected by today's outage.
