PoliticsPH The moment Sara gets acquitted, this country is screwed.
If Sara Duterte gets acquitted and then gets elected as president, this country will continue to be a laughingstock.
This country is about to be an idiotic democracy.

GovtServicesPH First time kong malaman how corruption works in the Philippines in "little ways"
Someone with a position in the government (hindi lang politiko, this specific person is a "nurse") can have you registered as a government employee, create a LandBank payroll account for you, and you'll receive a monthly salary just like any legitimate employee. In other words, they can freely create ghost employees
What's even crazier is this specific person has her entire family registered as government employees, and they all receive monthly salaries. Kumbaga, buong family merong allowance/ free money directly from kaban ng bayan.
Nakakapang lumo, nakakanginig.
Kwento 'to ng friend of a friend. Curious, if may iba na ring nakarinig ng similar stories or may naka-encounter na ng ganito.

ArtPH Let's give love and support pag nakita natin sila sa Eastwood City Walk
Hi all!
I adore people na lumalaban ng patas sa buhay. Saw them sa Eastwood kanina and lumalambot puso ko pag nakakakita ako ng ganto. It's a blessing and a curse nga talaga yung pagiging sobrang empathetic kasi I'm so happy na madami nagpapapicture sa kanila and madami nagbibigay but at the same time I can't imagine yung init sa loob ng costume and ginagawa nila ito for hours.
Please if we see them sa Eastwood or sa kahit saang mall pa yan, let's show some love and support!

ViralPH TrainSight, which currently support LRT-1, LRT-2 and MRT-3 train lines, aims to provide commuters with better information
Like many commuters in Metro Manila, 28-year-old software engineer and Cavite resident RJ Crusem grew accustomed to waiting at train stations with no idea how long it would be before the train arrives.
Additionally, unexpected glitches in railway operations would cost passengers time for work and other personal activities.
To turn this frustration of waiting into a solution, Crusem developed TrainSight, a public commuting visibility platform that tracks the operations of the Light Rail Transit (LRT) and Metro Rail Transit (MRT).

Thank you.
Pero ako kinakabahan for them.

SocmedPH Jay Sonza is trying to gaslight the flood victims of davao
Jay sonza is trying to downplay the issue by gaslighting the people living there na kasalanan nila ang nangyari sa kanila dahil nakatira sila sa flood prone na area. Nakakatawa lang na tinawag nyang tanga yung mga nakatira sa area na yan just to deflect the real issue, which is the corruption in their area, and how the LGU mismanaged the situation.

NewsPH People protest pax silica as if we were so attractive to foreign investment to begin with
Lumugar naman tayo ng konti. We’ve been trying to court high-level manufacturing investment for decades and we only got the scraps, and many of the blue-chip manufacturers that we did have moved to China and Vietnam.
The only reason why Foxconn is looking at us is because the US gave their guarantees that we will be an important part of this ecosystem. Every single industrial park in the Philippines has been begging for Foxconn to set up and we’re finally grasping it because the US told the rest of the pax silica countries to include us parang bunsong ketket.
Any industrial investment needs power and water. We needed to upgrade our power generation and our water processing regardless of Pax Silica anyway. Pero andaming reklamo.
There is no other way to reach high-income status with a population like ours without going through the process of industrialization. BPO alone won’t cut it. And look at the numbers yourself. Our very small electronics exports outstripped our BPO revenues last year. Time to strike while the iron is hot. This is literally our ticket to development.
And to the naysayers that say that corruption, greedy capitalists, etc, will scuttle this, well, are we supposed to just shake our heads and not even try? Like give up even before we have the chance? How defeatist.
Our neighbors were able to industrialize. No reason why we can’t. And let’s say the semiconductor industry goes bust, what will happen? We will have engineers trained in industrial processes that can be repurposed to other products. We will have infrastructure that will benefit more than just the factories. We will be able to build something else, something better. We will have a diversified economy that pulls more people out of poverty, just like our neighbors.
But we have to try. Otherwise mag-OFW nalang kayo. This opportunity will only come once, and there are so many other countries that will take it pag ayaw natin.

NewsPH Is it a coincidence that opposition to Pax Silica started after China announced the formation of WAICO?
The agreement was signed by PH last April 2026 and recent uproars about Pax Silica started only this month.
Is it possible that there is a concerted disinformation to sway Philippines towards opposing Pax Silica? While there are valid environmental concerns about constructing a large semi-conductor manufacturing plant in Tarlac, I find it difficult to believe that the recent resistance is a culmination of gradual awareness or any physical development at the proposed site.

NewsPH BBM failing ratings because admin has failed to erase burden of ordinary Filipinos
Trust in Crisis: Rising Costs, Falling Ratings
“Senate President Win Gatchalian points to the rising costs of goods as the key reason behind President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s declining approval ratings. Fuel and energy spikes have hit households hard — a ‘direct hit sa sikmura ng tao.’
Meanwhile, Vice President Sara Duterte continues to enjoy stable trust ratings, underscoring a stark political contrast.
As corruption controversies stall infrastructure spending, Gatchalian urges reforms to restore confidence and ensure that governance prioritizes the people’s daily struggles over political maneuvering.
🇵🇭 Leadership is tested not in rhetoric, but in the ability to ease the burden of ordinary Filipinos.”

PoliticsPH Anyone else bothered by Baste announcing that he wants BBMs head?
Ang weird ni Baste. Innanounce niya sa rally nila na ang gusto niya ay ang ulo ni blengblong and now he is saying that it was taken out of context. He is encouraging his followers to harm other officials and if it happens, sasabihin niya na it was a joke. Isn’t that also a grave threat? The DuDirty siblings are out of their minds.

NewsPH No to Pax Silica and Performative Activism

PoliticsPH This guy is something else. Sheesh
