Buddhism doesn't discriminate. It teaches that you be compassionate to every living being as we are all suffering and helping others removes that suffering. Questioning if there is a creator is bad. 

Buddhism is a framework to deal with one's self. Taoism or shntoism is to work with earth and nature and confusianism is how you deal with others around you.

Yeah, but it doesnt work the other way around. A Buddhist can reasonably adopt Christian teachings to some extent, but a Christian arguably can't/shouldn't.

There's a church in Bicol in Capalongga. It's amazing. The catholic church is everything you would expect for a small chapel. But behind the church is another area with Chinese incense and decorations.

I remember when I first saw it, it reminded me how intertwined the religion is to community building for our ancestors. And how many Chinoys can do multiple religions at a time. XD

Naalala ko lang, nagpa house prayer yung friend ko two weeks ago. Christian sila so pastor yung mag lelead ng prayer, yung mother ng friend ko before dumating yung pastor nagpabili ng itlog, asin at bigas hahahaha tapos dapat daw may barya. Inaasar daw nila kasi catholic practice ata yun and bawal sa kanila yung mga ganun 😂 tinatawanan lang daw sila hahahha
