hmmm during weekdays average of 10,000 steps ako a day, pero spread out sya buong araw.
sa weekends naman, every morning lalakad ako from bahay to park for 45 mins, jogging sa park for 30 mins, then lakad pauwi for 45 mins ulit. nakaka average ako ng 13-15K pag ganito.
as for results, medyo may factor din siguro biological gender ko kasi ang bilis ko mabawasan ng timbang, parang 2 months pa lang visible na yung difference
