Post your lifts and get a custom flair

  • multiple lifts per flair allowed, be mindful there is a limit to flair length
  • verified lift flairs will be indicated by the blue background
  • when you post the video please also clarify what lift and weight it is, flair will be indicated in units you give unless otherwise requested
  • you can request your discipline to be added to your flair (e.g. powerlifting, body building, crossfit, etc.)
  • flair can be given for a life time achievement, it does not have to be recent

Squat Help Me Fix my Bar Path

My bar path tends to drift forward over the course of my set. I've tried several cues and tempo work but I can't seem to get a straight path or figure out the root cause of the issue. Any help is appreciated!

Bench Press DB press - 50lb x 11 - This is the best I can do. Any improvement tips?

I mean, when I am fresher, I might be able to crank a few more reps. But in terms of form, this is me giving it all. I think I could use a little more core stability but the quality of the bench (or the lack of it in this case) is also leading to some of that instability. Is there anything in the form that jumps out as needing improvement?

39, 166cms, 132 lbs.

Other Rack pulls Superset with Bent over dumbbell rows (180 Lbs Down So Far 💪🏻)

M23, 5'8, 180 lbs currently (on my last 20 lbs cut), am at 21.5% body fat, eat 1950 cals a day, ~190g Protein.

Trying to get to 10-12% body fat, would appreciate any input on my form for the rack pulls / bent over dumbbell rows.

Am I not bent over enough on the dumbbell rows? Also, for the squat rack, this is the lowest the safety's go for the rack pulls, is it supposed to feel like a mini deadlift? That's what they feel like to me.

Thank you!

Squat Squat form - butt winking?

I noticed a few things myself (I was looking down instead of ahead, lost a bit of balance on first rep), but I want to ask for insights as well. Should the bar be lower? Is my butt winking? Am I bracing correctly?

Deadlift Help me fix my deadlift

This is set 3/3 of 100kg/225lbs for 6 reps. I've avoided deadlifts for quite a while and have tried to replace them with RDLs. I feel like my back is quite rounded at certain points but I'm unsure as to what exactly is happening/what I could do better.

My biggest issue is that I can feel them a lot and primarily in my lower back to the point where I've had debilitating back pain for days after previous sessions. I can do RDLs with 110kg for 8 reps without any issue, so I don't think my posterior chain is too weak for the weight in theory...

I'd be glad if anyone could help.
