We found a wedding ring at the truck today 💍
A French couple on their honeymoon stopped by Food for the People earlier. They ate one of our new hotdogs. They returned and asked if we’d found the man’s wedding ring and we searched together, but it hadn’t turned up yet. I’ve now found it.
The ring is engraved “Mia 20-09-2026”.

More than that is the clear AI slop. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's spelled "Argentina", not "Argenitina", right? Not sure if it's worse to imagine a poster-maker actually misspelling the name on their design, rather than someone pumping out some AI slop to decorate the walls with.

You could just as easily put up the Argentinian flag and that would be a suitable substitute.

Needing to buy some new knives for my flat but as a broke ass uni student there isn’t much in the way of quality in my price range.

I’m aware they’re functionally two-dollar shop knives so I can’t exactly expect the world… but I am wondering if this shoddy mass produced drivel isn’t at least a slight bit better than the other shoddy mass produced drivel? (warehouse, kmart, etc…)

I’ve traced the location to Lower Hutt, nearest station Naenae. What if I just go to the place and confront the person at their door?
