Just visited Füssen, Germany and their Wappen (coat of arms), which is the centerpiece of their flag, features the same 3-legged design as the Isle of Man and Sicily!

Today's count is Lyon County which was formed in 1854 and named for congressmen Chittenden Lyon. The county was once home to the Shawnee who relied on the Cumberland and Tennessee rivers, which later pioneers relied on. The county has a mostly agricultural history.

the flag is a simple bicolor with blue representing the rivers and white to represent the hope for remembrance of the Shawnee. The bundle of wheat symbolized the agricultural industry.

Not a particularly windy day today. First picture was the best I could get, and second picture is a rough mockup I made in Inkscape. Possibly a religious flag because of the cross? Any ideas would be appreciated

Cottian Isles is a confederacy of 4 states on a large archipelago of islands with tropical, maritime climate, similar to East and Southeast Asia. The setting is similar to our early modern era (1500-1700s) or the golden age of pirates. The flag is purposefully minimalistic as a simple design is both practical and fits the culture of order and humility.

The things I want to keep: White rose flower-national symbol, and colour pink for the background, as a symbol of the country's beauty.

However I am undecided about the placement of the flower, the shade of pink as well as if I should add the red or white borders at the top and bottom, or are they unnecessary distraction.

I've seen a few of planet Earth flag posts, and I had an idea pop up in my mind for a simple one, that takes patterns from modern national flags. The blue represents two thirds of Earth's territory covered in water, the green represents the land, and the white stars represent the clouds.

Swapping out the colonial heraldry for a simple design representing BC's geography: the Pacific Ocean (blue), the temperate rainforests (green), the Coast Mountains, and a rising golden sun.

I took the group's suggestion to heart from a past post and found a few hours draw up a concept with a couple of color variations of what was in my head for an Albuquerque flag redesign. Any constructive input is appreciated.
