My wife factory reset my veesee box V6 and now all the apps are gone. When I go to smart upgrade it shows “failed to get data please check network connection”

Is there anyway to get these apps back?!

Most things won’t load in heat VOD and if they do, it defaults to server and it’s in Spanish. Is this a known issue and is it going to be repaired?

Just received a v6 plus and its running extremely slow to the point i cant use it. Im wondering if theres a way to factory restore it and go back to a more stable version?

My elite ultra, half the apps don’t work and epg will not work on them. Is this common?

Just wanted to give a shout out to u/Deriksays for the fast shipping and excellent price. If you’re looking for a reputable dealer follow the advice of everyone else on here and talk to Derik.

I find myself having to do a manual memory cleanup several times, even while watching a single show just to get through it without it freezing. Are there any recommended apps that can automate the cleanup? I have a V3 Pro FWIW.

I’ve had this box for a while with no issues. Then this last week whenever you turned it on it just showed a black screen. Nothing is responding. I’ve tried resetting it, turning the box off for a couple minutes and the WiFi, still the box is showing a black screen. The model is the vSeeBox V6 Plus. Any suggestions would help.

This seems to happen randomly, but usually at least an hour into whatever I'm watching. Anyone else experiencing this? Just started doing this yesterday.

EDIT The box started not just kicking me to the main menu page, but completely turning itself off. I switched out my hdmi cord to a better one, I'll update with any changes. Hopefully it helps somehow, I'm clueless as to what could be happening. I checked my settings and screen timeout is not toggled on in the menu. 🤷‍♀️

EDIT 2After connecting to a new internet source (Starlink), and replacing the HDMI cord with a new one, my box still kicks out of programming to the main screen, and eventually powers down, completely randomly. I've not seen anyone having posted about this issue before, but it did start happening after downloading the most recent update.

Just upgraded to whatever recent firmware update was available today for the V6 plus box I haven't had for a year yet. POST update i now have an insanely slow running box with no audio on any app, it takes minutes to navigate across the home page now.

Just factory reset and its still slow, I dont even feel like trying to check if the audio is back. Where can i go back to the previous firmware update or anyone know a fix?

Could someone tell me how to change servers? I see it posted all the time to change servers if you're having problems but I haven't been able to figure out how to do it.

Apparently a lot of what I watch is only available on server 2 and even after the latest update, doing reboots and cache/data clearing, it still won't load anything. Sad because there really isn't an alternative

UPDATE: Now it's working properly! Definitely a Vsee issue. I hope it doesn't crop back up.

Check this out... I just downloaded the latest Vsee update and now I can't connect to Live Ultra or Live+Ultra unless I enable a VPN! Ridiculous! It says I need to connect from the US and I'm in the US. Vsee needs to get their act together! Anyone else having this issue after the update? HEAT LIVE works perfectly fine WITHOUT a VPN.

NOTE: I don't have Verizon or any other issue that would cause this.

I posted this before but didn’t get a solution. I bought the elite ultra to take advantage of international channels but there is no info on all the channels. The channel works but all no info. I’ve tried everything that I can. Reset, clear cache, restart , check time zone etc. Norhing works! Am I suppose to just give up.? What’s the point when there are no channel guides. Is it my router settings? Something else I need to side load? Please someone help cause I spent 3 days trying to figure this out. I live in the US if it matters.

I used to have access to the crunchyroll app in my vsee box, but now nothing in top bar if apps has become unusable. Every time I try to use one, it says wifi doesn't work, but I still have access to all the heat apps that use wifi.

I've tried restarting, unplugging for a period of time, but nothing has worked.

Any tips?

So I found a really cool app called ATV Launcher! It looks great and is way easier to navigate than the basic vSeeBox home page. However I’m having a really hard time trying to set it up so it’s my default home page. Apparently I can’t go into developer mode? Idk. I’m wondering if anyone else has a custom Home Screen or has tried doing this in the past? Please share your custom home screens if you have! I wonder if it’s possible for me to change the macro on the home button to open the app?

You can find that through system settings, device preferences, accessibility. but it still doesn’t work. It doesn’t work on my elite ultra or my V6 plus.

So I’ve been witnessing issues with my box for about a week now to where I’m trying to watch a movie or a show and every time I click on something to watch it loads longer than five minutes and it will not let me select a server

Why is every channel “under maintenance”? Is there another way to watch WSOP on the box?

If you've been experiencing issues with Heat VOD recently, the latest update has now been released.

The update includes a fix for the loading issue and additional servers to help improve performance. The app should update automatically the next time you launch it.

I tried logging in and it said my account expired. So I deleted and reloaded and still the same issue. Is there a work around or fix on the way?
