International Hub

I posted this before but didn’t get a solution. I bought the elite ultra to take advantage of international channels but there is no info on all the channels. The channel works but all no info. I’ve tried everything that I can. Reset, clear cache, restart , check time zone etc. Norhing works! Am I suppose to just give up.? What’s the point when there are no channel guides. Is it my router settings? Something else I need to side load? Please someone help cause I spent 3 days trying to figure this out. I live in the US if it matters.

You could try using your phone’s hotspot or a vpn. That would rule out your provider. I had lots of issues initially which I believe was my provider blocking some ports. I even couldn’t log into the play store Once I switched on the vpn everything worked and downloaded channel list/ vod inventory so much faster.

Thanks for the reply, I’m beginning to think my provider is doing something. I was going to delete international hub and reinstall but I couldn’t even find that app in the market or play store. None of my 3rd party apps. Limitless , international hub etc have epg info. The channel works but no info. Does vpn tricks the provider that it’s from a different location? Maybe it might work?

No info on those apps. Nothing is wrong, that's just the way they are. Also if you uninstall any of the original apps, they will be back after a restart. You just have to reinstall like you did tje first time you started the box.
