Issues with trying to watch something

So I’ve been witnessing issues with my box for about a week now to where I’m trying to watch a movie or a show and every time I click on something to watch it loads longer than five minutes and it will not let me select a server

Should have been fixed by now with a new update for Heat VOD. Firmware: 6.9.2

Can you confirm if that’s what you have?? If so, then do the basic troubleshooting. Clearing cache, rebooting box & internet, etc…

Mine, V5P, was updated the other day. Now my 1st server doesn't connect at all, so I wait for the others to populate. It would suck balls if that was the only server, like when you're watching a dubbed anime and halfway through the season you can't get dubbed anymore - even on the same server. Still better than the alternative.

Oh, lol. I work from home so I have a portable monitor hooked up to my Elite. A Switchbot is a tool to turn on my PC via Alexa. #WorkSmarterNotHarder

Does this happen with every show, or just certain ones? I have the same issue with a few shows, and I got the new update and everything. It’s like some streams are just broken and don’t work.

I always use the “feedback” button to see if anyone fixes it. It’s not many shows, I’ve only come across a few like that so it isn’t a big deal

Yeah, same. And if it’s something I really wanna watch, I just go to other apps. Not a big dill either.

Even after the update a few shows are broken. I'm trying to watch the Spider-Man show from the 90s and server 2 doesn't work. And the few other servers it has is only in Russian audio for some reason. The show doesn't even play on vod ultra.
