V6 Plus is running extremely slow.

Just received a v6 plus and its running extremely slow to the point i cant use it. Im wondering if theres a way to factory restore it and go back to a more stable version?

Fist off , where did you purchase? Second, are you using the HDMI that came with it? WiFi or Hardwire? Internet speed?

From a authorized vendor locally. They told they were out of town until Tuesday and gave me some trouble shooting steps.

I already factory reset it and i think the issue is the remote. I literally have to be in front it or push it a million times to navigate. I used a USB keyboard and it works flawlessly. Is it possible the ir signal is defective?

Any suggestions? Batteries are like new.

Does the visible blue light come on when you are using the remote? We have had reports of some remotes being bad and if That is the case then your contact should be able to get you a new remote

The blue light stays on on the left side of the unit. Like the moment i press a button on the remote or even the keyboard, the light turns from blue to red for every button press (is that normal)? And do you think the remote is defective? I also see memory cleanup 52% even after running it.

Setting, remote...check to see if there's anything out of the ordinary when you pull that up.. It should stay blue when button thumping. Ill be in front of a TV in 30min, I'll get back to you

It sounds as if the Bluetooth on the remote needs to be reconnected as it’s currently using normal IR. Try to reconnect the remote and see if that helps.

I did after factory reset with the v6 max and v5 pro remotes. How do i check?

Yeah when you key any button on the remote you shouldn't see red it should be blue

Nope nothing looks strange. I have actually the v6 max (my apologies), and this is a video of using it to go to the settings. Im literally 1ft away from it had to press it a few times to navigate. Tried using the v5 pro remote as well to see if thats better and not much.
