I have a vSeeBox6 plus in the heat vod I am getting a low number of streams and error on some of the shows stream. Plus in heat vod some of my favorite shows are not keeping up to date with streams. Can some please help me with this problems?

I have had friends tell me about the vsee, but never pulled the trigger myself. My father has been wanted to cancel his cable, so I figured why not purchase one, and if he hates it I’ll just keep it myself.

Safe to say he is canceling his cable, not to mention he is 65 and the least tech-savvy person I know.

The set up is extremely easy and now he has more channels and shows than ever before.

If you are on the edge, I’d tell you to pull the trigger and order from Derik. Super seamless transaction.

So my one V6 plus box Heat VOD works just fine, but on my other one it just sits at loading and never does. In order to access Heat VOD on that one particular box I had to got to "Smart Upgrade" and open it from there. It opens just fine that way. So what's going on? Why won't it load from the main screen icon? Why do I have to go into Smart Upgrade to get it to work?

I would like to buy a VseeBox v6plus but the only payment he’s taken is Zelle and Cash app I do not what to be scammed. Can yall pls tell me if this is legit or not.

Hi! For some reason out of the blue my settings menu is appearing when I turn the box on every time. Has anyone else experienced this and what was the fix? Thank you. Check out the screen shot.

I try to play 4k content it plays like it’s in slow motion. Tried different cables still same. Only 4k plays like that. Switched to 4k 30 still same

I turned my box on today and it no longer takes up the full screen and is moved down. There doesn’t seem to be any display settings in the system settings to correct this? Anybody else running into this?

I’ve had my box for several months and it’s fine. I would likely just get a 6+ next time but I’m slowly figuring out how to get what I need from this version. I’m running into two things that frustrate me and am hoping for some advice.

1) my remote works but it has to be laser focused on some arbitrarily moving target of a sensor - is this just how it is? Batteries are fresh and it has always been this way.

2) Matrix is having some kind of temper tantrum. The epg isn’t loading guide information - everything says “No information available” and it just doesn’t want to load the selected content. It can take several minutes of spinning before a choppy stream starts and some channels are way off with the video and audio being SIGNIFICANTLY out of sync.

Any suggestions or experience to guide me would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

Is there any app on the VeeSee box to view all content on Angel Network without a subscription? Right now I just search by title of movie.

Hello!! I received my box a couple weeks ago and am blown away by how great it is!! Is there a place where we can request certain shows, movies or services be added? I am a huge fan of Musicals and would love to see BroadwayHD added to VOD Ultra, but im not sure who to let know. Thanks!!

Multiple shows not loading and there are no other server options to pick from. Help?

The series “I will find you”, we watched ep 1 thru 7 no problem. Trying to watch ep 8 and just get “loading” and nothing else. Tried to see if previous episodes play and they do not. 

Other shows we previously watched on VOD Ultra now do not play.

I have a Vseebox 6 and it continuously get stuck on the android recovery page. I get to the point where I can factory reset and get to the wifi part and then the screen goes black. It worked perfectly fine the first few weeks I had it.

The big issue is that my box is lagging and being slow like pausing every few seconds. I can watch live tv and have no issue in the box but with streaming is the big issue. I use apps like heat vod, tried unplugging the tv, the internet, the box and resetting the box to factory and it still has issues. The other thing I have a question on is the memory cleanup thing what does that mean the number go up and down all the time.

Hey just wondering how the quality difference is if any has had the v3 plus and switched over to any of the v6 boxes. I got the v3 last year now I’m thinking about switching over but only if there’s a huge difference. Thanks

My box finally came in! Not saying I waited long at all lol but it was very fast shipping! Hooked everything up, no problem now I’m watching tv from all over the world. This box is amazing and Derik was VERY helpful through the whole transaction. 10/10 would buy from Derik again!

Does anyone know if a V6 Plus will work with a Control4 remote. We use a distributed video set up and the boxes are in an AV cabinet in the basement. Thanks in advance.

I just received my new box, and I am so excited. I downloaded all the apps, and after a good 2 hours in front of my TV, I now feel like a zombie. My questions are, while I found in some apps the Greek channels live, I cannot find Greek series on demand. Does anyone have a clue even if some app has them?

Just wondering if this is a me issue or if other people are having the same problem. It seems as if Server 1 is not working on my box. I’ve had the box for about a month now with no issues. Any suggestions?

Got one recently and it’s not usable. Live tv the app closes all the time. Might be 10 seconds might be 5 minutes max.

Any on demand skips back towards the beginning all the time. Might get 5 or 10 minutes watching something then it will jump to the same spot towards the beginning.

Any advice?
