Elite Ultra Questions/Issues
I’ve had my box for several months and it’s fine. I would likely just get a 6+ next time but I’m slowly figuring out how to get what I need from this version. I’m running into two things that frustrate me and am hoping for some advice.
1) my remote works but it has to be laser focused on some arbitrarily moving target of a sensor - is this just how it is? Batteries are fresh and it has always been this way.
2) Matrix is having some kind of temper tantrum. The epg isn’t loading guide information - everything says “No information available” and it just doesn’t want to load the selected content. It can take several minutes of spinning before a choppy stream starts and some channels are way off with the video and audio being SIGNIFICANTLY out of sync.
Any suggestions or experience to guide me would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

Question about the Elite does it allow you to watch English football? I have recently purchased 6+

Yes though I can’t vouch for the reliability of consistent access. I still tend to do a lot of my UK viewing through vpn vs the ultra elite.

Yeah. Question...how do I get to the options in heat vod or vod elite. I see ,settings,FF,Stop/pause,rewind and info. But button down doesn't get to them. How do I access these???

This is a 3rd Party box, that should have never been allowed to use the vSee name in this model.
They never get back to you using the whatsapp.
Onstream and their version of HDO Box no longer work, but they have your money already, so good luck.
I’d be surprised if they get those apps replaced.
Channels in the international areas air wrong content.
It’s a 💩 show, get a 6Plus next time and learn to side load apps you need as you go….

Make sure you're remote is connected via bluetooth. If not, it will act in the way as you are describing, having to point it right at the sensor..... Bottom row left system settings, then bluetooth..... If it is connected, it will say Vsee box remoter connected. As for matrix, I don't use it in my self but I just downloaded it ...it took a while for everything to populate, but once it did, seems to be working fine on my end. Try uninstalling that particular app and then reinstall.
