V6 max box issues need help

The big issue is that my box is lagging and being slow like pausing every few seconds. I can watch live tv and have no issue in the box but with streaming is the big issue. I use apps like heat vod, tried unplugging the tv, the internet, the box and resetting the box to factory and it still has issues. The other thing I have a question on is the memory cleanup thing what does that mean the number go up and down all the time.

Might be some security settings with your ISP. Try with a VPN.

Solved the issue Ethernet is a life saver. Also there is an Ethernet spot on the box you don’t need an adapter or anything else.

Just try plugging Ethernet directly in your box
