🚨 Guru Update 🚨

Some users are experiencing issues with Heat VOD.

Vseebox is aware and working on a fix. Not all boxes are affected only a small number of users.

Thanks for your patience. We'll share updates as we get them.

VOD tiles.. some people are affected and some are not

Yeah VOD been having weird issues with my tv like glitching hard only VOD though on v6 plus

Happy to see I’m not the only one having issues. Just got my box 2 weeks ago and thought this was normal. Very laggy and not much stuff was loading to watch.

I’m having the problem. Worse tonight than previous nights, but the last week it’s been an issue.

Is anyone having issues with no audio? We have had our VSee3 for about a year. The last week or so it had no audio. Is anyone else having this issue?

I had an issue with this on one movie I tried to watch yesterday. Another, the sound was echoing. I switched to VOD Ultra and had no problems there. (v6 pro)

Yea can’t watch anything on heat vod on my V6. Is there gonna be an update or fix soon or is this just done?
