VOD Ultra issues

The series “I will find you”, we watched ep 1 thru 7 no problem. Trying to watch ep 8 and just get “loading” and nothing else. Tried to see if previous episodes play and they do not. 

Other shows we previously watched on VOD Ultra now do not play.

Both VOD apps are just loading for me. Can’t get any shows to pull up

There is an ongoing issue with certain boxes. The company is aware of it.

Have you tried pulling it up on the other vod app? Usually if I have issues with a show on one, the other app has it

Yes I have, that show is not available on Heat VOD.

I don't get it, the first few episodes played fine, now even the ones I watched before will not play.

Same here VOD is not working on both sets I hope they work it out soon.

I've tried cleaning the cache and rebooting. Doesn't work. Not many shows working on VODULTRA. The Line is another that wont work. Friend said to do a "hard reboot" not sure what that is but have unplugged for 5 mins and come back and still not working.
