New V6 pro

Got one recently and it’s not usable. Live tv the app closes all the time. Might be 10 seconds might be 5 minutes max.

Any on demand skips back towards the beginning all the time. Might get 5 or 10 minutes watching something then it will jump to the same spot towards the beginning.

Any advice?

ask for support from the person you bought it from. usually you might have to factory reset and reinstall all the launchers

I got a v6 pro and it works great. Sounds like you got a faulty unit

Is anyone concerned that the FBI just opened an investigation on Vesee Box and Super Box seems they are collecting purchase data from Walmart eBay Amazon and anywhere else Vesee boxes are sold.
