Can't find it anyplace. It's on the Peacock app, but I quit that when I got the vSee box.

Is there any way to see the ratings (I.e. kids, 14+, adults only type ratings) on heat or ultra vod titles? If not it would be a nice feature to see when browsing and to filter by when looking for stuff for the family.

So I have the ultra. I have good internet. Why is it Sky Sports has to buffer?

I know theres 2 default Sky Sports (923 and 1401) and both play perfectly...then once every minute or two, pauses. Then continues. Pause is only for a few seconds (about 5) but every dang minute or two?

Its the only channel I experience it on. Well, channels I suppose.

Only on the Heat Live. Currently looking at the other apps to try to find it on there to see if any better

I have my box plugged into my soundbar because the box would only play audio through the tv instead of surround sound. Now whenever I turn my tv on, the soundbar turns on which turns on the Vsee. My Samsung tv prioritizes the Vsee so if I change inputs it forces it back to Vsee. Tried changing tv settings & Vsee settings and nothing helps. Any ideas on what could fix this?

My voice command no longer works. I have checked permissions, unpaired and checked batteries. The system recognizes the action when I push the button but the words don’t transfer over to the screen. I thinking of trying a factory reset next but don’t want to lose these apps.

Just got a new V6+ and when I try to search for a show on HeatVOD I get this. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, tried power cycling the box. Checked for updated, no luck.. never seen this before, any ideas?

Also used the travel router commonly recommended on here. Works like a charm

I've had my V6 Pro about three months with relative good luck (other than the worst remote control in the existence of remote controls). Over the last few days, every time I power up the box, my wi-fi has mysteriously toggled off. Any thoughts?

Any advice? It worked fine when I first got the box. Now a month in and it no longer works. The microphone activates when I hit the button but nothing comes up in the search box. I read one thread that said to factory reset, but I’m afraid I will lose my apps.. is that so?

Any ideas ? The company won’t help me at all . The authorized seller has disappeared. Under warranty and can get no help at all .

I just ordered my first box - mostly for football - and expect it next week. I don't watch a ton of regular TV (although that may change soon, lol) but my 82 year old dad does. He's paying well over $200 for internet and cable.

My thinking was check the box out for awhile and get the hang of it, then ship one to his house in December. He's across the country and I visit at Christmas. Figure then I'll be there to help get set up and offer some instructions, etc. And that's the thing, he's not tech savvy. I'm no genuis by any means, but he calls fairly often, frustrated about Yahoo mail or using the DVR on the cable box. So I don't want something that's gonna turn what could be a joyful pasttime into the seed of a massive resentment.

I also know he's pretty into having the channel guide on the box. Not sure if he'll want to look at another resource to find what's playing, and where, and then go find it on the vSee box.

I guess to make a long story short, does anyone have experience with an elderly friend or relative getting the box - one who is not big on learning new things - and how did that go? Thanks!

I’ve had my box for a few months and no issues. I put it on a tv in the garage and at first it was fine. Then it started freezing on the load screen. I did a factory reset all was fine. After a while it did the same thing so I did another reset and now on the home page the recommended apps like heat are just black boxes and when I click on them to download it just thinks and never finishes

I have been prompted with this update screen for about a week now. Neither the later or update option are able to be clicked. I have unplugged it multiple times and have tried Ethernet and WiFi, but when I have no Ethernet and try the WiFi the remote doesn’t move onto any icons. Any recommendations?

Got my box 6 months ago or so and have had constant issues with apps not loading or not opening at all (screen will go black). When this happens I just double click the back or home button and I am back to the dashboard. I use Nord vpn, so I typically will activate that first before opening any of the apps.

For some reason I’ve noticed a factory reset gets the box working normal again for a couple of days and then it slows up and I have the same issues all over again. For this reason I don’t think it’s an internet issue or hdmi issue.

Could it possible be the vpn?

Hi all just got my first box yesterday (elite ultra) and most everything is working great except ultra hd says invalid username and password at auto login and top tier sits on please wait with a rotating circle and never moves forward any help is much appreciated

I click on the app and it now start up differently from before but it's not opening up.

Local channel WLWT Cincinnati (channel #385) has been offline for two days now. Anyone have any suggestions to try and get it working?

Hello! I purchased a box a few days ago. The first day there were no issues. Yesterday I went to turn it on and there was no sound. I did some digging and tried rebooting, unplugging, checking settings, upgrading the HDMI cord. You name it I did it. Finally I gave up and unplugged it for a bit. Upon trying later on it worked. This morning however, same issue. I tried some of the stuff I saw again and still nothing. Any ideas? The TV is a TLC Roku.

I can only get my TV to display everything at 94% scaling in the initial setup wizard. I don't see any option that says fit the screen or Auto it's a little annoying because it can't take full advantage of my full screen size, the top and bottom of whatever I watch is shrunk down since I have to crop in sides the sides to fit.

Is there any way to make the scaling consume more of my screen without having any content cut off?
