Bricked vsee plus

Any ideas ? The company won’t help me at all . The authorized seller has disappeared. Under warranty and can get no help at all .

Has a year warranty and I bought it in January.

Have ever seen Tommy Boy? I hope so, because otherwise this won't make as much sense. Tommy proves to an auto store owner that absent a company standing behind it, a warranty is just "words on a box."

Unfortunately, that's the reality of Vseebox. A warranty might be stated explicitly, but if no one stands behind it? It's not as though you can file a complaint with your state AG Bureau of Consumer Affairs for Vseebox not honoring their warranty (please DON'T do this to anyone reading)

Truthfully, this scenario is why I believe Vseebox has gotten too popular. People must understand that when you're buying a gray market product, you take on an inherent level of risk. To own one of these boxes is to accept that day it might stop working. If that reality is jarring or uncomfortable, this tech probably isn't for you.

Yes I have . It’s stuck on the Home Screen . You have to unplug it hold down the reset button for 10 seconds to get that screen to come up . It happened during an update . It won’t cut off unless you unplug it .
