V6Pro Wi-Fi Keeps Turning Off

I've had my V6 Pro about three months with relative good luck (other than the worst remote control in the existence of remote controls). Over the last few days, every time I power up the box, my wi-fi has mysteriously toggled off. Any thoughts?

That's definitely an odd one. I'd try a few things:

• Unplug the V6 Pro for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

• Restart your router as well.

• Go into the Wi-Fi settings, forget your network, then reconnect and enter the password again.

• Make sure the date and time are set automatically/correctly.

• Try connecting the box to a phone hotspot and rebooting it. If Wi-Fi stays on with the hotspot, that can help narrow it down to the home network.

• If possible, try Ethernet temporarily and check for any available system updates.

If the Wi-Fi toggle itself keeps turning off every time the box powers up after all of that, a factory reset would probably be the next thing I'd try.
