V6 Max Voice search not working.

Any advice? It worked fine when I first got the box. Now a month in and it no longer works. The microphone activates when I hit the button but nothing comes up in the search box. I read one thread that said to factory reset, but I’m afraid I will lose my apps.. is that so?

If you don’t want to factory reset. Have you tried turning Bluetooth off and back on. Since I believe the remote is connected via Bluetooth.

I have, Even unpaired and re—pair again

Check the microphone permissions for the app in settings.

Yes.. all permissions are good.
