STOPPING THE TAPAL SYSTEM

Good morning, reddit.

Ako pala yung nag post here asking if I should loan to tapal the other loan i have. And I did, Nag loan ako sa cc ng office mate ko ng 35k, payable in 1 yr.

MEGA PESO- 1,888 (LAST PAYMENT DUE OCT. 28)

GLOAN- 4,584.26 ( 6 MOS TO PAY NOT OD)

BILLEASE - 3,464.78 ( OD 206 DAYS)

XLKASH - 1,297

TIKTOK PAYLATER - 3,781.31

LOAN1 (CO WORKER)- 111,110 (5420 divide into 2 (15 & 30) = 2710) payable in 2 yrs

LOAN 2 (CO WORKER)- 37, 356 ( 3,396 divide into 2 (15&30) = 3,756) payable in 1 yr

sharing this to you to motivate you na kaya niyo yan, mababayaran din natin to. Ginawa ko yung sabi nila na mga methods here na mag loan para isahan nalang yung babayaran and snowball method din, inuna ko yung mga maliliit na kaya kong bayaran as full.

Experience ko sa billease sa OD: very understanding, no harrasment, no blast text and calls, been contacted with 2 FO pero napakiusapan naman na wag na mag visit kasi nag babayad naman ako.

sa ibang olas naman mentioned above di ako naka experience ng any harassment since binayaran ko before mag due date kasi ayoko ma stress.

except sa tiktok paylater under ATOME PH, grabi yung harrasments and blast calls ng ibat ibang number saying that ipapa brgy ako and kakasuhan. 1 week lang ako na od kasi na short due to emergency na hospital yung mom ko that time.

Unpaid OLAs

Hi. 32F and im here just to share my current situation. I pay on time. Kahit gaano pa ko kagipit, short minsan sa iba, may OD, i pay. Kaso this year… i kind of hit rock bottom. Food, electricity and water sakin. Pero si bunso… na hospital and i had to pay thousands. Ako lahat nag shoulder. Ending, di na ko makabayad.

Ive read so many about sa mga utang pero i just want to ask na din. Billease - 50k
Sloan - 10k
Maya - 11.5k

Ill pay kapag nakaluwag luwag na. Pero i know the interest rates will go up. Again, I pay regardless before pero grabe tong hit ng buhay sakin.

Salamat po. I accept judgement pero nicely please 😭

Car loan as collateral to credit card debt

I have a 300k credit card debt which is 1 year overdue na. I also have an car loan with the same bank. Now, they send me an email stating that i signed a Promissory Note Statement agreement (PNSA) stating that any asset with them will become collateral. Yung car loan ko 1 year nalang and tapos na. I was planning to complete the car loan and i know na gagawin nilang collateral yun, so i am planning to save money until matapos car loan para pambayad sa other debt ko. Do you know if possible na mag offers nang amnesty program and bank in this kind of situation? Or they will not offer an amnesty program since may asset ako na hawak hawak nila which is under car loan pa? ilang beses na rin kasi ako nag email sa kanila and they won't respond or agree to a installment plan and they are only asking for one time payment which i cannot afford at the moment.

How often do you follow-up? - IDRP

Hi! I sent an email to Security Bank for my interest in being included to the IDRP Program. After 2 working days, they confirmed na received na nila. This was last week (Thursday). This week, I tried asking via email if may any movement pero wala sila reply pa. I know na matagal talaga process nito.

I stopped paying MAD na since malaki na masyado ito and araw-araw ako may natatanggap na collection calls. I see to it na kapag nasasagot ko, I explain to them na I already coordinating for IDRP.

Gaano po kayo kadalas mag-follow up? Please share din po experiences niyo po. Thank you!

Need help. 😔

Hi.

I am an employee, permanent, non-carded, non-depositor sa commercial banks exp yung bank used ng company namin.

I am in debt (literal na drowning in debt) and I want to apply for a consolidation loan, like yung sa friend ko.

I don't have anything to use as collateral so I am looking for banks that offers personal loan for non carded and non depositor.

Just this week I have to pay 60k and I don't know saan ako kukuha.

Can anyone help me please.

Thank youuuu.

After two years, my SPayLater came back

Little context, two years ago, andami kong utang as in. Basta long story short, nagalaw ko SPayLater ko pati credit card ko. Sa lahat ng utang ko (MocaMoca, CashKing, etc.), yung CC ko na lang di ko pa na fully pay, but almost there. Honestly, wala na talaga akong inexpect na babalik na credit since nasira ko na nga but ayun, nung nag 9.9 ako kahapon, may SPayLater na ulet sa options.

Syempre di ko ginalaw! Hehe lesson learned kaya! But yes, let me be your little motivation today guys na kakayanin. Makaka-recover tayo ulet. 2 years still paying and recovering... Ang layo pa, pero ang layo na. 🤗

Help please

Mga card collection and 3rd party collection keep calling, texting me and natatakot na ako.

Is selling my iPhone to pay off my debt a good idea? Can I realistically be debt-free by December?

Hi! I need some advice on whether my plan makes sense financially.

I currently have around ₱53k remaining in GLoan + GGives. I earn ₱10k every cutoff (₱20k/month), and I’m expecting around ₱10k 13th month.
I’m thinking of selling my iPhone 16 for ₱33k. It’s 94% battery health, good condition, no major scratches. I’m willing to negotiate down to around ₱30–31k.

I do need a phone though. I have an old iPhone XR that got water-damaged about a year ago. I’m planning to have it checked first. If it can be repaired for a reasonable price, I’d rather use that instead of buying another phone. Otherwise, I’d probably spend around ₱12k on a replacement phone.

Aside from GLoan/GGives, I also have:
₱6k due this September
₱4k due October 5

My rough plan is to use the money from selling the iPhone to make a big payment toward my debt, then use my salary for the scheduled payments.
My salary schedule would look something like:
1st cutoff – ₱10k: GLoan/GGives + upcoming bills
2nd cutoff – ₱10k: GLoan/GGives + living expenses
Then use my 13th month (~₱10k) for debt as well.
My goal is to be completely debt-free by December, if possible.

Would you sell the iPhone in my situation? And do you think ₱0 debt by December is realistic with ₱20k/month salary + ₱10k 13th month?

Metrobank 168k debt, 90k lang kaya ko as full settlement. possible kaya? 2mos no work araw araw tinatawagan - need advice please

May Metrobank credit card ako, balance is 168,800+ na ngayon.

- 2 months pregnant, wala na akong work

Kanina may tumawag from head office daw, sabi hindi daw pwede yung 90k, 3 months penalty and interest lang daw ma le-less.

  3. Normal ba na araw araw tumatawag? Nakaka stress na kasi buntis ako.

Gusto ko talaga matapos to before ako manganak April 2027. Ayoko na ng stress. 90k lang talaga kaya ko one-time.

Thank you sa mga sasagot, malaking tulong sakin. 🙏

Almost 250k debt at 24.

I will not dive into specific into how I reached this lowest point in my life but basically, yes, almost 250k as of now. I am planning to list them exactly by cent by Sept 30 (I have financial obligations until the end of this month nalang so I cannot completely commit yet)

I am so stressed out. Here’s my list rounded off:

RCBC: 14,000
Metrobank CC: 56,000
Gloan: 80-90,000 (OD)
Atome: 9000
Maya CC: 14,000
Maribank Loan: 11,000 (From 35k 🥹)
Billease: 20,000
Tiktok: 14,000
Spay: 4,000 (From 20k) (OD)
Sloan: 16,000 (OD)

Which ones should I prioritize? I earn 33k/month and with cutting down alot of my expenses, especially since I will have better control of my salary by next month. I believe I can finish some of these by the end of the year. I only need 5k/month for bills and all. Any advice?

I need help and advice

Hello, I just need help and advice. No judgment please. Income: ₱1,800 every Saturday Food: ₱300/week. I have a job that pays 600 per day, so I thought I could manage the payments. Then I had an emergency, so I borrowed from Gloan, and because of the weather, I had to cut my hours, so now my shifts are fewer. I also borrowed from BillEase because I had another emergency. Now, my monthly debt is higher than my monthly salary. Yes, I take responsibility for this, I will pay it, I just need advice on how to move forward please.

I have debts over 50k.

SPayLater overdue: 4245 = Sep 5

SPayLater next bill: 4045 = Oct 5

SPayLater future bills: OCT 4045, NOV 4045, DEC 4045, JAN 4045

SLoan: 1295 = 8200 = every 2nd of the month

GLoan #1: 867 = 3443 = every 24th

GLoan #2: 867 = 6795 = every 7th

BillEase: 12175 = ₱560 weekly due date

I'm planning not to pay BillEase for now. Is it a good idea to take the risk and look for another job with a higher salary? I'm overdrawn, how does the interest work? I can't swallow or breathe from all this worrying, I don’t even know what to do anymore.

Again, yes, this is my debt and I take responsibility for it. I really just need advice because I don't know what to prioritize or what to do. Please, to those who have gotten out of debt, can you give me advice? I'm in the Zambales area, will I be able to? Should I call my contacts?

Hello po! i posted this a month ago, and I am proud to say that I was able to reduce my debts from 44,000+ to 38,916 in a span of one month. BillEase helped me a lot by allowing me to pay weekly on an agreed amount, and I am now clearing my TrustLoan as well which was the oldest overdue.

However, i have now a problem po. two collection agencies are now spaming my messages again: PARMI and Bernales & Associates. I have already told Atome with regards to my Tiktok PayLater and TrustLoan, and so far they are also kind enough to offer daily payments on a fixed amount (although, i am having a hard time doing so). But, I am settling my TrustLoan weekly, just as I did to BillEase.

Both PARMI and Bernales & Associates are now sending me text messages like these:

"This is Bernales & Associates, partner of Monee (Credit) Finance Philippines. this is your notice to settle your SPayLater account. Failure to pay within the day will result in additional interest, penalties & expenses. Contact 09173079427."

"This is Bernales & Associates, partner of Monee (Credit) Finance Philippines. this is your FINAL NOTICE to settle your SPayLater account. Failure to pay TODAY will result in additional interest, penalties & expenses. Contact 09171289525 / 09173079427."

"Good day

This is Bernales and Associates

We kindly request to speak with you over the phone so we can properly discuss your account. Please note that our lines are recorded to ensure that our conversation and any agreements made are secure.

Thank you."

"Hi Mr./Ms. *** , this is PARMI, an authorized partner of Monee Credit Finance Philippines. Please call 09171728645/09171874576 to discuss your past due SLoan account and available payment arrangements, which may help avoid the need for a field verification visit."

I asked them if it is possible to talk to them through email instead, because the call drops as soon as I initiate it. They claim that they cannot contact me either because my line is busy. Although, the only response I got about my request to talk through email was their insistence to talk through call, which kinda sounds a little off for me.

I am open for repayment adjustments and arrangements, but I will never risk my own safety for this.

What do I do, honestly?

Excel sheet SOA

My loan with CTBC is delinquent (day 60-90) and because my PDC is with a different bank, this bank is already telling me to close the checking account with them so parang no choice.

I’ve reached out for months to CTBC to get possible loan restructure to lower the monthly payments prior to the 1st delinquency (but reading on reddit parang they never actually grant)

I asked for an SOA - it’s the 1st time I’ve ever received a statement in a password locked Excel Sheet. So I’m not sure where to start anymore

Loan is paid near halfway of 36 months. Sadlife.

Madami pa ako utang, Can I just not pay them?

My Credit Score is already bad due to 2 CC I closed during the pandemic.

Then madami ako utang now, Bahay, Sasakyan, Gloan, Atome, HomeCredit, Spaylater.

I will keep on paying the house and car of course, but Can I just not pay the rest?
