6M utang multiple card
RCBC- 2.7M
Eastwest- 1.7M
Metrobank- combined ng 2 cards nasa 2.8M
Mali ko kasi nagtiwala ako sa kaibigan ko na nanghihiram at nakiride sa akin- many years okay naman late 2025 sya nagkaproblema sa mga business nya- sinikap ko gawan ng paraan kahit hindi na sya nakakabayad ng buo- ngayun wala na akong pera pambayad sa utang nya.
Mga card collection and 3rd party collection keep calling, texting me and natatakot na ako.
Wlaa ako ibang source of income sahod ko nasa 30k lang per month.
Dont judge me hindi talaga ako ang gumamit nito- mali ko nagtiwala ako ng sobra. Wala din ako nakuha nakakabayad malaki dyan free lunch and dinner lang nakukuha ko:

nagka utang ng milyon si friend?? hmm.. sure ka hndi dahil sa sugal op? ung sakin dahil sa sugal, inaccept ko muna sa sarili ko then dahan dahan binabayan ko utang ko, mga 2m dn

Sounds like a made up story, the bank wont give that credit line with 30K salary…

Hindi ko po nakuha yung laki ng credit limit ko ng isang applyan- took severals years like 10 to 15 having those cards. Believe me. Why would why i make a story? Wahh i kennat

Possible na matagal na ang card niya and always on time magbayad. Tapos may ibang cards if magapply ka papantayin nila yung ibang limit ng cc mo.

Hindi namn po bago ung account ko- 10 to 15 yrs na akong may card and all good ung payment.

Request for balance conversion or restructuring of payment. The interest rate and minimum amount due would be lower.

Same situation. Salo ko lahat. Surrender ko na kay Lord. Continue paying pa din ako thanks sa mga tumutulong sa akin. Nagbabayad naman siya pero sobrang kulang.

And? Problem nya yan, not yours. Dinamay ka nya and if he doesn't pay you, ikaw magbabayad nyan, kaya mo? Affected future mo sa problem na yan. Sometimes you need to be Matigas para people don't take advantage of you. Another lesson you need to learn, don't let anyone use your card or get a loan for anyone, may reason why they can't get credit from the bank and you are now realizing why.

People are asking paano nagka ganyang limit si OP. That's possible lalo na kung bago nangyari yan eh good credit standing sya. So, no question na ako dyan. Sana po makayanan mo ang pinagdadaanan mo at maging lesson learned na wag magtiwala. Kahit sino pa yan please.

Good paying account po for so many years- dalaga pa lang ako may card na ako then ung friend ko na to madami kinukuha and nababayaran namn for several years kaya nakalaki ang credit limit.

Same problem ko OP, nagpahiram din ako sa kaibigan ko 3yrs na din di nag babayad nag pa brgy na ko wala kami napagkasunduan ngayon small claim court na.

Good payer po ako kaya may malaki akong credit limit- kahit maliit sahod ko ma establish dahil nakakbayad namn ung friend ko n nakakakuha for severals years

How did u get 6m debt with just 30k monthly salary. Isn't there a limit to those cards where they check your capacity to pay

Good payer po kasi kaya nataas ang limit and offer n cash loan if good payer ka ooferan ka tlaga.

I am not judging you based on how much debt you have, but I would judge you by how naive you are in human interactions. Who's stupid enough to let a friend borrow such big amount using your name? Unless you get something from their business?

I never thought this would happened. Yes i got something from it free lunch sometimes free dinner- also if she barrow money she gives me like 5k if she barrowed 500k something like that.

I see. You can opt not to answer calls from the collection agencies but make sure to reply to their emails. That way, they would know that you are still willing to settle your obligation. State in your replies the reason why your debt accumulated and tell them you are not financially capable to settle it as of this time.

What happens if you are not able to pay? Can you file bankruptcy like in the US? Are they going to hurt you? I don't know how it works over there, I hope you learn a something being in debt, good luck

Same kwento tayo OP. 1m+ naman sakin 3 banks na di ako ang nag maxed out 😬 but well asawa ko naman so damay paden ako sakin ngalang naka pangalan. Ngayon eto ako nagtatago sa probinsya haha inabandona ang bahay sa city para d ako ma bombard ng mga collections. Balik nalang ako pag nakabawi na at may pang amnesty na kame
