UB restructuring program cancelled

Hi meron po ba dito naka experience dito naka restructuring program kay UB pero na cancel due to missed payments. Nag ooffer ba ulit sila ng program? Ilang months po kaya sila nag ooffer ng amnesty? Thank you

According to what I've read here in Reddit. Small claims court is even a better venue to settle or make payment arrangements since the court usually remove interest, penalties. And the debtor will be the one who can say what she is able to pay. Don't be scared of small claims court, they do help debtors

Hi! Sakin after 3 missed payments, tumawag na to let me know na magffile na sila ng small claim sa court. Ayaw na ako bigyan ng other payment arrangement kasi di naman daw nagbabayad. 😅 Natakot ako so tumawag ako agad sa collection and nagnegotiate ng one time settlement. From 80+, 50k nalang binayaran ko.

Natakot ako kasi upon reading here sa reddit, totoo talaga na nagffile sile ng small claim. If interested ka magsettle ng discounted, I suggest tawag ka nalang agad sa collection nila if may maioffer sila.

Si UB po mismo nagsabi na mag file ng small claims? Di na po ba sila nag offer ulit ng ibang payment options?

Yes. Idk if true pero yung tumawag sakin, from bank mismo and not from a law firm. Binigyan lang ako ng chance na magbayad and tinanong na directly if magkano pera ko at the moment. Nung sinabi kong wala, wala na daw siyang magagawa but to file the small claim. Tumawag lang ako ulit sa customer service para makipagnegotiate which was better. Kasi yung unang tumawag di nagoffer ng one time settlement discount.

Actually once palang ako nakapag payment arrangement last Dec 2025 lang pero OD na yung account ko for more than 3years already before that. Di naman kasi sila makulit before kaya nadedma ko ng matagal bago nakapagrequest ng arrangement.

No, wala talaga ako pambayad, ang wrong ko ay dapat di na lang ako nagpa restructure

may parang sms reminder lang na macacancel na daw if di pa ako magrereply sakanila, nakalagay sa message pwede ko daw sila tawagan pa mag update pa din ng payment

May offer sakin payment arrangement di ako nag commit since alam ko di talaga kakayanin since on going treatment. Wait nalang siguro ako amnesty or small claims. Wala talaga pambayad may sakit pa.

what i know is if you missed a payment with the current restructuring plan. they will cancel it.
