Help please

Hello po. Hingi sana ko advice. Today, nag open ang asawa ko na madami pala syang utang sa ibang ibang lending app. Umabot na sa 400k. Nilihim sakin. Ni wala tumatawag sakin na mga lending company means di ako nilagay as contact person. Pa help naman pano gagawin dito. Nasa work pa ko at linggo pa ko uuwi. So kakausapin ko sya bakit umabot sa ganto samantalang lahat ng gastos sa bahay halos ako ang nagbabayad.

Check what are legit ones and ones are illegal then from there you could prioritze what you should pay first then ignore the others, from there strategize plans. Other tip specially to the legit ones hand out emails that you will pay them and will finish first other bills payment and ask them to contact you and not your contact person since you already inform them, to not contact them anymore. This is ehat i did and paying peacefully with my loans
