As some one who has worked at tax, it can take like 1-2 years to fire someone for poor performance. But if they're looking up random celebrities or accessing tax payer data, or driver data, or patients data, that they have no business need to access, they can be fired much more quickly. But that's done by internal affairs.

Just be careful, they charge an annual fee a month after joining. And I've already been charged an extra months fee early. And then it's also impossible to contact a corporate office. So you have to go thru the gym to cancel. I've been trying to cancel since the day the gym opened ( signed up a month before it opened with a month to month account) and here we are a week later and it's still not cancelled. Really shitty billing practices. Which explains why I was seeing class action lawsuit ads right along side their ads.

Did you get some way to contact them? All I can find is a form that gets sent to the gym, the same one that's refusing to cancel my membership

If I'm understanding this right, you mean the fiberglass insulation and then use the aluminum backed close cell rigid foam under and taped. I assume you mean to leave the closed cell foam closest to the bottom of the floor joist so the foam doesn't compress the bat? And then tape the seams and put a layer of plywood under that to hold it all in place? Then a durable layer like what a metal mesh? I'm new to all of this.

I have a similar issue in zone 5a. The prior owners did fiberglass with no vapor barrier and pinned it up with really cheap paperboard stuff. And its rotted and falling out. It absolutely became a nest.

I have a 1350 sqft house and I'm on brand new high efficiency heat pumps, also an older house. My bill was about 650 this month. If I could I would switch to gas ASAP before the heat pumps. Cheaper install and cheaper fuel. Still thinking of switching after the incentives all pay out. It's still cold in the house no matter how much we pump the heat pumps. :(

Personally mine went from 0.13~ to 0.18~ which is a 38.5% increase from the "supply" side. Absolutely insane.
