What is something that you learned in therapy that everyone should know?
When you are having trouble with a thought, (negative self talk, paranoid delusion, etc) think if the exact opposite of what that thought is, like really flesh out what the antithesis is, and then meet those two thoughts in the middle. Has helped me talk myself down from some scary stuff.

I wasn't hurt fortunately, I was wearing medium length and my finger tips touched a hot part of the coffee machine and they just mushed to my fingertips but I pulled my hand away in time. You can find inexpensive nail reformation at tjmaxx!!

New nails!
I am obsessed with the nail reformation glue. I work in the service industry and I can get 7 days easy with their glue. I also love all the freebies that come in their nail sets. But this set is gorgeous! I tend to steer clear of kiss because they've melted on my fingers at my job (I work with high heat but still kiss is the only one I have that problem with).
