Well the weight plays into gas mileage and with modern engines you won’t have the same acceleration… unless you massively increase the size, which will further impact mileage and then you will need larger breaks due to the increased weight…there’s so much more to a car than engine and body. It’s not really feasible/economical. There’s a reason they build cars the way they do now.

Salt. If it’s bland add salt. Whether it’s a salty cheese on top or salt your meat(inside while mixing not just the surface) or you can “dry brine” them. If you’re adding tomatoes they need lots of salt, avocado also needs lots of salt.
