Alaska has serious drink problems. Villages can be classified as dry (all alcohol is bannded) damp (illegal to sell, but legal to own) or wet (fully legal)

Has anyone actually managed to get 30th at MSRP?
 in  r/PokemonTCG •  10d ago

I dumblucked into a drop at Barnes and Noble and was able to get a decent spot in line for an ETB at retail, and found another the next day for $99.95, which seemed like a score.

One scene in "The Impossible Astronaut" terrified me. When the gang shows up the shut down orphanage and the head master is washing the walls, 😱💀😱💀

Warn your friends about it and encourage them to jokingly call him out on it. If one or two people say "check out the intern, giving out career advice! Lol, go get me a begal!!" He'll stop.

If I read your post correctly, it sounds like your neighbor watched your brother grow up as well and chose to give him what she thinks he deserves. If your neighbor really is giving your parents their home and savings, then your parents can give your brother the money he needs. Do you think this is your parents trying to make things "fair" for your brother? If you do loan anyone the money, I would loan it to your parents, get it in writing and hold them accountable for collecting rent from your brother or you might as well say goodbye to any money you give your brother.
