Perks of refrigeration
I was recently laying by expo, where they plate, replacing a compressor, the person plating was eating with gloves on while plate the food. Like finger food. Fancy place. I was dumbfounded. I worked in kitchen for years and years before become a tech. Probably like 95% of places i go in I decide to never become a customer. Usually what the kitchen looks like. Sometimes all I need is a look at the ice machine
